Claims (8)
1. Postupak za deaktiviranje celulolitskog mikroorganizma koji je odabran iz sojeva gljivica koje pripadaju rodovima Trichoderma, Aspergillus, Penicillium ili Schizophillum, koji omogućava proizvodnju enzimskog koktela, te se navedeni koktel koristi se bez razdvajanja celulolitskog mikroorganizma tijekom biokemijske konverzije lignoceluloznih materijala, naznačen time da sadrži barem jedan korak za dovođenje struje plina i kontakt s medijem koji kontaktira navedeni mikroorganizam, te navedena struja plina sadrži više od 25 masenih % CO2 i sadrži manje od 0.5 molarnih % O2.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedena struja plina potječe iz SSF koraka.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je navedena struja plina prije koraka dovođenja u kontakt podvrgnuta obradi radi smanjenja sadržaja etanola i hlapivih organskih spojeva za barem 25%.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da navedena obrada je ispiranje navedene struje plina s vodom.
5. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da se navedeni korak dovođenja u kontakt provodi u SSF koraku.
6. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da se navedeni korak dovođenja u kontakt provodi u koraku proizvodnje enzimskog koktela na kraju faze proizvodnje navedenog koktela.
7. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da se navedeni korak dovođenja u kontakt provodi između koraka proizvodnje enzimskog koktela i SSF koraka.
8. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da celulolitski mikroorganizam pripada vrsti Trichoderma reesei.
