Claims (16)

1. Spoj formule I: [image] naznačen time, da je x u rasponu od 1 do 2.

5. Farmaceutski pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time, da sadržava (a) spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, 2 ili 3; (b) saharozu i (c) glicin ili njegovu farmaceutski prihvatljivu sol.
6. Farmaceutski pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time, da je pripravak liofilizirani pripravak.
7. Farmaceutski pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time, da sadržava: a. spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, 2 ili 3; b. 0,5 do 2,0 težinskih udjela saharoze; i c. 0,5 do 2,0 težinskih udjela glicina (kao ekvivalent slobodne baze); pri čemu se težinski udjeli saharoze i glicina temelje na dijelu težinskog udjela spoja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, 2 ili 3 (kao ekvivalent slobodne baze).
8. Farmaceutski pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time, da pripravak sadržava 1,0 dio težinskog udjela saharoze i 1,5 težinskih udjela glicina.
9. Farmaceutski pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time, da je promjena čistoće spoja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, 2 ili 3 (kao ekvivalent slobodne baze) u farmaceutskom pripravku manja od 10% mjereno tekućinskom kromatografijom visokog učinka nakon 12 mjeseci skladištenja na temperaturi u rasponu od 18°C do 25°C.
10. Spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, 2 ili 3, naznačen time, da se koristi za liječenje.
11. Spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time, da se koristi za liječenje bakterijske infekcije.

Postupak za pripravu spoja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da obuhvaća korake: a. izradu vodene smjese koja sadržava 26-[[[3-[[(Z)-[l-(2-amino-5-kloro-4-tiazolil)-2-[[(6R,7R)-2-karboksi-8- okso-3-(piridiniometil)-5-tia-l-azabiciklo[4.2.0]okt-2-en-7-il]amino]-2-oksoetiliden]amino]oksi]propil]amino]-karbonil]-26-dekarboksivankomicin i klorovodičnu kiselinu u molarnom omjeru od 1:1 do 1:2; b. liofilizaciju vodenog sastava kako bi se dobio spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1.
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time, da je molarni omjer 1:1.
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time, da je molarni omjer 1:2.
15. Postupak za redukciju razgradnje 26-[[[3-[[(Z)-[l-(2-amino-5-kloro-4-tiazolil)-2-[[(6R,7R)-2-karboksi-8- okso-3-(piridiniometil)-5-tia-l-azabiciklo[4.2.0]okt-2-en-7-il]amino]-2-oksoetiliden]-amino]oksi]propil]amino]-karbonil]-26-dekarboksivankomicin tijekom skladištenja, postupak obuhvaća a. izradu spoja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, 2 ili 3 i b. skladištenje spoja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, 2 ili 3 pri temperaturi u rasponu od: -25°C do 25°C; ili postupak koji obuhvaća b. izradu farmaceutskog pripravka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 i c. skladištenje farmaceutskog pripravka na temperaturi u rasponu od -25° C do 25° C.
16. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 15, naznačen time, da je temperatura u rasponu od 2° C do 8° C.
