Claims (15)

1. Tlačni spremnik, osobito spremnik s tri dna, koji čini, po mogućnosti, toroidalni spremnik, koji sadrži povezana dna, opremljen spojnim cijevima, nosačima za pričvršćivanje spremnika i poklopaca, natpisnom pločom, poklopcem opreme, donjim dnom i donjom oplatom, gdje vanjsko gornje dno (1) s vanjskim donjim dnom (2) čini vanjsku oplatu spremnika, dok je donje dno (4) povezano s donjom oplatom (3), koji čini središnji donji dio (S) spremnika, naznačen time što su spojne cijevi za opremu (9, 9a, 9b i 14) i protočne spojne cijevi (15, 15a) po svojoj duljini podijeljene na dvije zone: prva zona (A) ima stijenke povećane debljina, a druga zona (B) ima stijenke smanjene debljine, po mogućnosti, po cijelom obodu spojne cijevi, gdje je debljina stijenke u drugoj zoni (B) između 0,5 do 1,7 debljine spremnika stijenke, gdje se nalazi cijev, za stijenke debele 0,01 do 2,9 mm, a 0,3 do 1,4 za stijenke iznad 2,9 mm.
2. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što spremnik ima središnji dio, koji se sastoji od donjeg dna (4) i/ili donje oplate (3), navarene između gornjeg (1) i donjeg (2) vanjskog dna, koja povezuje vanjska oplata (8).
3. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačen time što su spojne cijevi za opremu (9, 9a, 9b i 14) zavarene u elemente koji čine stijenke spremnika, što je donji kraj prve zone (A) spojne cijevi (9, 9a, 9b i 14) na udaljenosti X od donje oplata (3) najmanje 1/5 od vanjskog promjera (D) vanjske spojne cijevi, gdje je duljina vara koji povezuje tanku stijenku spojne cijevi izvan prve zone (A) sa stijenkom spremnika najmanje 1/4 vanjskog oboda spojne cijevi u drugoj zoni (B).
4. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je u središnjem dijelu (S) spremnika, u donjoj oplati (3) i/ili u donjem dnu (4), zavaren gornji separator (6) i/ili donji separator (6a).
5. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što su protočne spojne cijevi (15 i 15a) zavarene u donje dno (4) i/ili gornji separator (6) s te strane, što je dio protočne spojne cijevi (15 i 15a) sa stijenkama u rasponu od 0,3 do 1,7 debljine elementa stijenke, gdje je zavaren, povezan s elementima spremnika varom dugim najmanje 1/4 vanjskog oboda spojne cijevi, gdje joj je promjer najmanji.
6. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačen time što su spojne cijevi (9, 9a, 9b) za opremu spremnika zavarene u donju oplatu (3) i/ili donje dno (4) središnjeg dijela (S) spremnika i/ili u gornjem separatoru (6) i donjem separatoru (6a) i/ili u vanjskoj oplati (8) i/ili vanjskom gornjem dnu (1) i vanjskom donjem dnu (2).
7. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što su spojne cijevi (14) za opremu spremnika smještene po obodu u donjoj oplati (3) i/ili u donjem dnu (4) i/ili gornjem separatoru (6) i donjem separatoru (6a) i/ili u vanjskoj oplati (8) i/ili vanjskom gornjem dnu (1) i vanjskom donjem dnu (2).
8. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što su protočne spojne cijevi (15, 15a) smještene u elementima spremnika koji čine stijenke između određenih elemenata spremnika, smještene su po obodu u donjoj oplati (3) i/ili u donjem dnu (4) i/ili gornjem separatoru (6) i donjem separatoru (6a).
9. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time je natpisna ploča (5), pričvršćena, po mogućnosti, točkasto, za donje dno (4) i/ili donju oplatu (3) i/ili gornji separator (6) i donji separator (6a), na maloj udaljenosti od stijenki spremnika.
10. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što su spojne cijevi (9, 9a, 9b, 14) zavarene na vanjsko gornje dno (1) i/ili vanjsko donje dno (2), po obodu, pod kutom (α) između 0° i 355° i nalaze se pod kutom (γ), između 0° i 90° u odnosu na vodoravnu ravninu, a kut (β) između spojnih cijevi je između 0° i 355°, gdje su spojne cijevi mogućnosti opremljene kućištima nepropusnim za plin (16) i/ili se integralno kućište (17) načini povezivanjem zajedno pojedinih spojnih cijevi preko cijevi (18).
11. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što su elementi u središnjem donjem dijelu (S), koji su u kontaktu s radnim medijem, načinjeni od materijala debelog najviše 3 mm.
12. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što natpisna ploča (5) ima svinute rubove (5a) i/ili nosače (5b) ispod ploče.
13. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačen time što donje dno (4) i/ili gornji separator (6) i donji separator (6a) čine natpisnu ploču (5) spremnika.
14. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačen time što su nosači (7, 7a, 7b) podnožja poklopca i/ili poklopca komore nepropusne za plin pričvršćeni na površinu donjeg dna (4) i/ili donje oplate (3) i/ili gornjeg separatora (6) i donjeg separatora (6a) i/ili vanjskog gornjeg i donjeg dna (1, 2).
15. Tlačni spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačen time što je poklopac komore nepropusne za plin pričvršćen elastičnim elementom od namotane žica (7a) ili plosnate šipke (7b), pričvršćen na donje dno (4) i/ili donju oplatu (3) i/ili vanjsko gornje i donje dno (1 i 2) i/ili separator (6), po mogućnosti, automatski tlačeći podnožje poklopca i/ili poklopac komore opremom spremnika i/ili brtvom poklopca.
