Claims (5)

1. Zgrada sadrži toplinski energetski sustav za grijanje ili održavanje toplinske ravnoteže interijera barem dijela zgrade, pri čemu toplinski energetski sustav sadrži spremnike ugrađene u blizini okolnih površina zgrada, pri čemu navedeni spremnici definiraju obujam tekućine kojom su ispunjeni koji prenose toplinu, navedeni spremnici (15) su zatvoreni spremnici (15) izgrađeni u blizini najmanje dvije suprotne bočne okolne površine (9-12) i barem dio gornjih i donjih vodoravnih okolnih površina (13, 14), navedene zgrade; susjedne spremnici (15) su međusobno povezani putem spojnih elemenata (20) na način da svi spremnici (15) definiraju jedan zatvoren volumen fluida ispunjenu spomenutim fluidom za prijenos topline, naznačeno time što je svaki spremnik (15) podijeljen na dva dijela pomoću pregradne ploče (69) koja je paralelna sa stranicom (16) spremnika (15), jedan od dijelova spojen je na zatvoreni volumen tekućine i drugi dio čini izmjenjivač topline (55), izmjenjivač (55) topline je priključen na konvencionalni sustav (58) energije zgrade i/ili na jedinicu (56) za skladištenje topline.
2. Zgrada sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 naznačena time što u tome toplinskom energetskom sustavu jedan od spremnika (15) napravljen na fasadi zgrade ima toplinsku izolaciju (41) ispred i između navedenih spremnika (15) i toplinske izolacije (41) postoji zračna šupljina (44) koja je preko ventilacijskih otvora povezana s vanjskom atmosferom (42) napravljena na dnu i na vrhu navedenog spremnika (15).
3. Zgrada sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 2 naznačena time što su spomenuti ventilacijski otvori (42) priključeni na uređaj koji proizvodi protok zraka (43).
4. Zgrada sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 naznačena time da u toplinskom energetskom sustavu jedan od spremnika (15) vertikalno poredanih na fasadi zgrade sastoje se od vertikalnih ventilacijskih cijevi (46) koje su spojene na dvije strane navedenog spremnika (15) kroz vod (47) na oba blizu njegovog donjeg i gornjeg kraja.
5. Zgrada sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 4 naznačena time što su u spremnicima (15) spojene okomite cijevi (46) pomoću uređaja (43) za proizvodnju strujanja zraka.
