Claims (17)
1. Uronjeni plamenik (1) za peć za topljenje stakla ili kamena, naznačen time, da obuhvaća sljedeće: veći broj injektora u istoj liniji, od kojih svaki injektor sadrži cilindrično oblikovanu komoru za miješanje (2) s otvorom za izbacivanje (11), zatim cjevovod za opskrbu gorivom (3) i cjevovod za opskrbu oksidantom (4) koji se otvaraju u komori za miješanje uz cilindričnu oblogu na dijametralno suprotnim točkama, u smjeru koji prouzrokuje tangencijalni protok goriva i oksidanta u odnosu na cilindričnu oblogu, i sustav cjevovoda (12) koji omogućava da sredstvo za hlađenje protječe unutar plamenika.
2. Uronjeni plamenik prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da također obuhvaća čvrste metalne bočne stijenke (5) koje se uzdižu iz injektora, na svakoj strani od usklađenog rasporeda injektora, koje su postavljene paralelno i skroz uzduž injektora.
3. Uronjeni plamenik prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da također obuhvaća vertikalne zaštitne pregrade (6) u doticaju s čvrstim metalnim bočnim stijenkama (5), a koje se protežu iznad vrha od čvrstih metalnih bočnih stijenki.
4. Uronjeni plamenik prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se cjevovod za opskrbu gorivom kao i cjevovod za opskrbu oksidantom, otvara u oblogu od cilindra blizu baze cilindra, poželjno u unutrašnjoj četvrtini dna cilindrične obloge.
5. Uronjeni plamenik prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se cjevovodi za opskrbu gorivom (3) račvaju od zajedničkog ulaznog voda za gorivo (7), dok se cjevovodi za opskrbu oksidantom (4) račvaju od zajedničkog ulaznog voda za oksidant (8), pri čemu svaki od ulaznih vodova (7, 8) obuhvaća uređaj za regulaciju protoka.
6. Uronjeni plamenik prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 do 5, naznačen time, da metalne bočne stijenke (5) na svojoj površini, sadrže veći broj ispupčenih elemenata koji su poželjno jednoliko raspoređeni preko cijele površine bočnih stijenki.
7. Uronjeni plamenik prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 do 6, naznačen time, da metalne bočne stijenke (5) imaju oblik stubišta s većim brojem stepenica.
8. Uronjeni plamenik prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 do 7, naznačen time, da na svakom od krajeva od usklađenog rasporeda injektora, također obuhvaća uzdignutu čvrstu metalnu stijenku (9) koja oblikuje pravi kut s čvrstim metalnim bočnim stijenkama (5), položenu paralelno s rasporedom injektora, te prema potrebi obuhvaća vertikalnu zaštitnu pregradu (10) u doticaju s čvrstom metalnom bočnom stijenkom (9), a koja se proteže iznad vrha potonje.
9. Uronjeni plamenik prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da otvor za izbacivanje (11) ima promjer od 2 do 20 mm, poželjno od 5 do 10 mm.
10. Uronjeni plamenik prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da cilindrično oblikovana komora za miješanje (2) ima visinu od 12 do 30 mm, poželjno od 14 do 25 mm, i posebno od 15 do 23 mm.
11. Uronjeni plamenik prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je razmak između usklađenog rasporeda injektora i čvrstih metalnih bočnih stijenki, od 20 do 60 mm, poželjno od 25 do 40 mm, i idealno blizu 30 mm.
12. Peć za taljenje stakla ili kamena, naznačena time, da ima zonu za umetanje materijala koji mogu biti staklasti, zonu za izbacivanje taljenog materijala i između tih zona, ima zonu za protok taljenog materijala, gdje navedena peć u zoni za protok taljenog materijala, obuhvaća najmanje jedan uronjeni plamenik prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, dok je navedeni plamenik postavljen tako, da je smjer usklađenog poravnanja injektora bitno okomit na smjer protoka taljenog materijala.
13. Peć za taljenje stakla ili kamena prema zahtjevu 12, naznačena time, da ima metalne zidove i u biti nema nikakvog izolacijskog materijala koji bi bio načinjen od vatrostalne keramike, barem ne u uronjenim zonama.
14. Peć za taljenje stakla ili kamena prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 11 do 13, naznačena time, da ona obuhvaća najmanje jedan sustav cjevovoda koji omogućava da sredstvo za hlađenje protječe u zidovima peći.
15. Postupak za taljenje materijala koji mogu biti staklasti, naznačen time, da se izvodi uporabom peći prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 14, dok navedeni postupak obuhvaća sljedeće korake: umetanje staklastih materijala u zonu od peći, koja služi za umetanje staklastih materijala, opskrba uronjenog ili uronjenih plamenika s plinovitim gorivom, poželjno prirodnim plinom, i s plinovitim oksidantom, poželjno kisikom, vađenje taljenog materijala u zoni za izbacivanje taljenih materijala, i protok sredstva za hlađenje u zidovima peći i/ili u plamenicima, poželjno vode, u sustavu cjevovoda koji je pripremljen za tu svrhu.
16. Postupak za taljenje staklastih materijala prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time, da materijali koji mogu biti staklasti, sadrže kamen, i poželjno bazaltni kamen.
17. Postupak za taljenje staklastih materijala prema zahtjevu 15 ili 16, naznačen time, da odmah uzvodno od zone za izbacivanje taljenog stakla, temperatura taljenog kamena iznosi od 1400°C do 1600°C, poželjno od 1450°C do 1500°C.
