Claims (13)
1. Sustav peći za izgaranje goriva i kisika koji sadrži:
kotao za sagorijevanje s oksi gorivom (112) koja prima gorivo i kisik radi izgaranja u njemu, koji ima izlazni kraj (116) i barem jedan otvor (120, 122), koji se otvara u unutrašnje područje (114) definirano s navedenim kotlom za sagorijevanje s oksi gorivom (112);
izvor kisika (160) za dovođenje plinske struje kisika u kotao za sagorijevanje s oksi gorivom (112);
kanal za dimne plinove (144) povezan na navedeni izlazni kraj (116) i u fluidnoj komunikaciji s navedenim unutrašnjim područjem (114);
izmjenjivač topline (145) smješten u navedeni kanal za dimne plinove (144) za hlađenje barem jednog fluida koji struji kroz navedeni kanal za dimne plinove;
kanal za recirkulaciju (155) koji sadrži drugi vod (152) i razdjeljivač (124), te se drugi vod (152) proteže iz navedenog kanala za dimne plinove (144), na položaju nizvodno od navedenog izmjenjivača topline (145), do navedenog barem jednog otvora (120, 122), te osigurava fluidnu komunikaciju između navedenog kanala za dimne plinove (144) i navedenog unutrašnjeg područja (114) da osigura se veći maseni protok prema kotlu za sagorijevanje s oksi gorivom (112); te
prijenosna sredstva (156) za uzrokovanje strujanja barem jednog fluida kroz navedeni kanal za recirkulaciju u navedeno unutrašnje područje (114, 214), naznačen time da
je eduktor (156) smješten u drugom vodu (152) radi olakšavanja strujanja jednog ili više fluida u unutrašnje područje (114) kotla za izgaranje (112) kao odgovor na naredbe izdane od regulatora (178), te time da izvor kisika (160) dovodi kisik u eduktor (156) putem odgovarajućeg cjevovoda (162).
2. Sustav peći prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da su prijenosna sredstva (156, 270) smještena barem djelomično u navedenom kanalu za recirkulaciju (155, 255).
3. Sustav peći prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da dodatno sadrži regulator (178, 278) koji daje signalnu naredbu za prijenosna sredstva, radi kontroliranja strujanja barem jednog fluida kroz navedeni kanal za recirkulaciju u navedeno unutrašnje područje (114).
4. Sustav peći prema zahtjevu 1 do 3, naznačen time da navedena prijenosna sredstva obuhvaćaju barem jedan od ventilatora i puhala i kompresora (270).
5. Sustav peći prema zahtjevima 1 do 3, naznačen time da navedena prijenosna sredstva sadrže eduktor (156) u kojega se dovodi pobudni fluid radi prenošenja navedenog barem jednog fluida i navedenog pobudnog fluida u navedeno unutrašnje područje (114, 214, 314).
6. Sustav peći prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da navedeni pobudni fluid je kisik.
7. Sustav peći prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da navedeni pobudni fluid je para.
8. Sustav peći prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da navedeni pobudni fluid je dimni plin.
9. Sustav peći prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji nadalje sadrži:
sustav kontrole onečišćenja (154) u fluidnoj komunikaciji s navedenim kanalom za dimne plinove (144, 244) za obradu dimnih plinova koji su ispušteni iz navedenog unutrašnjeg područja (114, 214, 314);
drugi izmjenjivač topline (150) u fluidnoj komunikaciji s navedenim kanalom za dimne plinove (144, 244); te naznačen time da je
navedeni kanal za recirkulaciju (155, 255) smješten uzvodno od barem jednog od navedenog sustava kontrole onečišćenja (154) i navedenog drugog izmjenjivača topline (150).
10. Sustav peći prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da navedeni barem jedan fluid su dimni plinovi.
11. Sustav peći prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je navedeni sustav peći (310) pogonjen tangencijalnim plamenicima uz izgaranje goriva u prisutnosti kisika.
12. Sustav peći prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da izvor kisika je barem jedno od jedinice za odvajanje zraka (160) i posuda s kisikom.
13. Sustav peći prema zahtjevima 11 ili 12, naznačen time da se barem jedna sapnica (380, 381, 382, 383) proteže u navedeno unutrašnje područje (314), navedena sapnica (380, 381, 382, 383) ima prolaz koji se proteže kroz njega radi prenošenja dijela navedenog kisika kroz navedenu sapnicu (380, 381, 382, 383) u navedeno unutrašnje područje (314).
