Description
Claims (5)
- 燃料と酸素を燃焼させる炉装置において、
燃焼のために燃料と酸素を受け入れる燃焼容器であって、出口端と、燃焼容器により画定された内部区域に開口するとともに燃焼容器により画定された前記内部区域内へ延びている、少なくともひとつの開口とを有する燃焼容器と、
第1及び第2の端を有する煙道ダクトであって、前記煙道ダクトの第1の端が前記出口端に連結されて、前記内部区域と流体連通し、前記燃焼容器と前記煙道ダクトとが逆U字形状を形成する煙道ダクトと、
前記煙道ダクトの前記第2の端に連結された下流側ホッパ区域と、
前記煙道ダクトを流れる煙道ガスを冷却するために前記煙道ダクト内に配置された第1熱交換器と、
燃焼容器を通して大質量流量を提供するとともに燃焼容器内の温度を調節するために、前記煙道ダクトから前記第1熱交換器の下流位置、更には前記少なくともひとつの開口にまで延びて、前記煙道ダクトと前記内部区域との間の流体連通を提供する再循環ダクトと、
前記再循環ダクト内に少なくとも一部分が設置され、煙道ガスの一部分をコントローラから発した燃焼容器の温度調整、蒸気生成及び/又は蒸気パラメータ測定に関するコマンド信号に応答して前記再循環ダクトを通して前記内部区域内へ流すことを生じせしめる搬送手段と、
前記煙道ダクトと導管を介して流体連通している第2熱交換器と、
前記煙道ダクトと前記導管を介して流体連通して、前記内部区域から放出された煙道ガスを処理する汚染防止装置と、を包含し、前記搬送手段がエダクタであり、前記エダクタがこのエダクタへ供給される動力流体を有して、前記煙道ガスの一部分と前記動力流体とを前記内部区域内へ搬送するようにし、前記動力流体が酸素であり、
前記煙道ガスが前記下流側ホッパ区域の上流で前記再循環ダクトと前記導管とに分岐して流れ、
前記再循環ダクトが前記第2熱交換器の上流に設置されており、前記第2熱交換器が前記汚染防止装置の上流に設置されている炉装置。 - 請求項1記載の炉装置において、前記炉が燃料を酸素の存在で燃焼せしめるタンジェンシャル燃焼方式であり、前記再循環ダクトが、前記燃焼容器の側面と前記煙道ダクトの側面とを連結し、前記導管が前記煙道ダクトの側面に連結され、前記燃焼容器に連結された上流側ホッパ区域を包含する炉装置。
- 炉装置において、
燃焼容器であって、出口端と、燃焼容器により画定された内部区域内へ延びている、少なくともひとつの開口とを有する燃焼容器と、
第1及び第2の端を有する煙道ダクトであって、前記煙道ダクトの第1の端が前記出口端に連結されて、前記内部区域と流体連通し、前記燃焼容器と前記煙道ダクトとが逆U字形状を形成する煙道ダクトと、
前記煙道ダクトの前記第2の端に連結された下流側ホッパ区域と、
前記煙道ダクトを流れる煙道ガスを冷却するために前記煙道ダクト内に配置された第1熱交換器と、
燃焼容器を通して大質量流量を提供するとともに燃焼容器内の温度を調節するために、前記煙道ダクトから前記第1熱交換器の下流位置、更には前記少なくともひとつの開口にまで延びて、前記煙道ダクトと前記内部区域との間の流体連通を提供する再循環ダクトと、
前記再循環ダクト内に少なくとも一部分が設置され、煙道ガスの一部分を燃焼容器の温度調整、蒸気生成及び/又は蒸気パラメータ測定に関するコマンド信号に応答して前記再循環ダクトを通して前記内部区域内へ流すエダクタであって、エダクタへ供給される酸素を有して、煙道ガスの一部分と前記酸素とを前記再循環ダクトを通して前記内部区域内へ搬送するエダクタと、
前記再循環ダクトの下流において、前記煙道ダクトと導管を介して流体連通している第2熱交換器と、
前記第2熱交換器の下流において、前記煙道ダクトと前記導管を介して流体連通して、前記内部区域から放出された煙道ガスを処理する汚染防止装置と、
を包含し、
前記煙道ガスが前記下流側ホッパ区域の上流で前記再循環ダクトと前記導管とに分岐して流れる炉装置。 - 請求項3記載の炉装置において、少なくともひとつのランスが前記少なくともひとつの開口を通して前記内部区域内へ延びており、前記ランスがこのランスを通して延びている通路を有し、前記通路が前記酸素の一部分を前記ランスを通して前記内部区域内へ搬送するようにした炉装置。
- 請求項3記載の炉装置において、前記再循環ダクトが、前記燃焼容器の側面と前記煙道ダクトの側面とを連結し、前記導管が前記煙道ダクトの側面に連結され、前記燃焼容器に連結された上流側ホッパ区域を包含し、少なくともひとつのノズルが前記少なくともひとつの開口を通して前記内部区域内へ延びており、前記ノズルがこのノズルを通して延びている通路を有し、前記通路が前記酸素の一部分を前記ノズルを通して前記内部区域内へ搬送するようにした炉装置。
