Claims (8)

1. Postrojenje za razdvajanje sastojaka karboksilne kiseline, koje obuhvaća destilacijski uređaj u kojem sastojci karboksilne kiseline mogu biti raščlanjeni u sastojak nižeg vrelišta, u sastojak višeg vrelišta i u sastojak najvišeg vrelišta, pri čemu sastojak višeg vrelišta sadrži zasićene ili nezasićene masne kiseline koje imaju 18 ugljikovih atoma, čije vrelište na 10 torra je između 220 i 230°C, i pritom sastojak najvišeg vrelišta ima više od 18 ugljikovih atoma i sadrži zasićene ili nezasićene masne kiseline koje imaju najmanje 20 ugljikovih atoma, čija vrelišta na 10 torra su iznad 230°C, dok je kristalizacijski uređaj za razdvajanje sastojka višeg vrelišta u zasićene i nezasićene sastojke karboksilne kiseline, spojen u silaznom nizu od destilacijskog uređaja, naznačeno time, da je kristalizacijski uređaj konstruiran kao slojeviti kristalizacijski uređaj, pri čemu taj slojeviti kristalizacijski uređaj sadrži okomite ili nagnute kristalizacijske površine za tvorbu kristalizata sa zasićenim sastojcima karboksilne kiseline visokog tališta; te time, da su okomite ili nagnute kristalizacijske površine raspoređene na međusobnim razmacima, tako da matična otopina od nezasićenih sastojaka karboksilne kiseline niskog tališta, može biti odvedena, s mrežastom nosivom strukturom koja je propusna za tekućinu matične otopine i koja je načinjena između susjednih kristalizacijskih površina, s esterifikacijskim uređajem koji je raspoređen u uzlaznom nizu od destilacijskog uređaja i kristalizacijskog uređaja; te time, da esterifikacijski uređaj obuhvaća reaktor koji sadrži heterogeni katalizator.
2. Postupak razdvajanja sastojaka karboksilne kiseline, naznačen time, da obuhvaća destilacijski uređaj u kojem se, u prvom koraku, sastojci karboksilne kiseline raščlanjuju u sastojak nižeg vrelišta, u sastojak višeg vrelišta i u sastojak najvišeg vrelišta, u postrojenju prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu sastojak višeg vrelišta sadrži zasićene ili nezasićene masne kiseline koje imaju 18 ugljikovih atoma, čije vrelište na 10 torra je između 220 i 230°C, i pritom sastojak najvišeg vrelišta ima više od 18 ugljikovih atoma i sadrži zasićene ili nezasićene masne kiseline koje imaju najmanje 20 ugljikovih atoma, čija vrelišta na 10 torra su iznad 230°C; dok se u drugom koraku, sastojak višeg vrelišta dostavlja u slojeviti kristalizacijski uređaj; te time, da se u trećem koraku, sastojak višeg vrelišta razdvaja u kristalizacijskom uređaju na kristalizat koji sadrži zasićene sastojke karboksilne kiseline, te u matičnu otopinu koja sadrži esencijalne nezasićene sastojke karboksilne kiseline.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da se sastojci karboksilne kiseline, u esterifikacijskom uređaju, pretvaraju barem djelomično u estere karboksilne kiseline.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da uz uporabu metanola, esteri karboksilne kiseline su prvenstveno prisutni kao metilesteri karboksilne kiseline, s esterom masne kiseline koji je prisutan kao metilester masne kiseline uz uporabu mješavine punjenja sastavljenog od masnih kiselina.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da esterifikacijski uređaj djeluje pomoću heterogene katalize.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 do 5, naznačen time, da sastojak nižeg vrelišta sadrži mješavinu od mnoštva sastojaka karboksilne kiseline s različitim količinskim brojem ugljikovih atoma.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da sastojak nižeg vrelišta sadrži najviše do 16 ugljikovih atoma.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time, da se prvi dio mješavine sastojaka nižeg vrelišta, izvlači kao gornji proizvod u prvu destilacijsku kolonu (1, 131), drugi dio mješavine sastojaka nižeg vrelišta kao i sastojka višeg vrelišta i sastojka najvišeg vrelišta akumulira kao taložni proizvod prve destilacijske kolone (1, 131), s taložnim proizvodom prve destilacijske kolone (1, 131), dostavlja se u drugu destilacijsku kolonu (2, 141), pri čemu se u drugoj destilacijskoj koloni (2, 141), drugi dio mješavine sastojaka nižeg vrelišta izvlači kao gornji proizvod, sa sastojkom višeg vrelišta i sastojkom najvišeg vrelišta koji se akumuliraju kao taložni proizvod od druge destilacijske kolone (2, 141), dok se taložni proizvod druge destilacijske kolone (2, 141) dostavlja u treću destilacijsku kolonu (3, 151), sa sastojkom višeg vrelišta koji se dobavlja kao gornji proizvod u treću destilacijsku kolonu (3, 151) od kristalizacijskog uređaja (11), te se sa sastojkom najvišeg vrelišta izvlači iz treće destilacijske kolone (3, 151) kao taložni proizvod.
