Claims (15)
1. Mlin (20) za mljevenje otpada (R), obuhvaća:
barem jednu komoru za mljevenje (22) određenu bočnim zidom (24) i podom (26), i barem dvama rotorima (30₁, 30₂) rotatabilnim oko odnosnih, supstancijalno vertikalnih, osi X₁ i X₂,
svaki od rotora (30₁, 30₂) obuhvaća koncentrator (32) i više lanaca (34) spojenih s koncentratorom (32) i dizajniranim za, tijekom rotacije rotora (30), prelaženje preko dijela komore za mljevenje (22), naznačen time što mlin (20) nadalje obuhvaća barem jedan otvor (42) za omogućavanje periodičnog otklanjanja tijela koja nije moguće samljeti i pri čemu je otklanjanje tijela koje nije moguće samljeti provedeno pomoću sredstava za automatsko otvaranje otvora (42).
2. Mlin (20) sukladno zahtjevu 1, nadalje sadrži barem jedan motor (44) za rotacionalni pogon barem dva rotora (30₁, 30₂), i pri čemu je otvor (42) automatski kontroliran ovisno o snazi potrošnje motora (44).
3. Mlin (20) sukladno zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu je otvor (42) automatski kontroliran ovisno o temperaturi rotirajuće mase otpada R.
4. Mlin (20) sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je volumen za mljevenje (28) definiran za svaki rotor (30) aksijalnim interpoliranjem cirkumferencija unutar kojih lanci (34) rotora (30) rotiraju.
5. Mlin (20) sukladno zahtjevu 4, pri čemu je komora za mljevenje (22) dobivena od neto zbroja volumena za mljevenje (28) pojedinačnih rotora (30), na način da ne postoji dio područja komore za mljevenje (22) koji nije uključen u jedan od volumena za mljevenje (28) i na koji stoga ne djeluje rotacija barem jednog lanca (34).
6. Mlin (20) sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4 ili 5, pri čemu je bočni zid (24) oblikovan tako da precizno prati profil volumena za mljevenje (28).
7. Mlin (20) sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4 do 6, pri čemu su volumeni mljevenja (28) različitih rotora (30) upareni jedan do drugoga, određujući zonu tangencije (38) preko koje dva volumena (28) međusobno komuniciraju.
8. Mlin (20) sukladno prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu u zonama tangencije (38) nema čvrste pregrade koja sprječava prijelaz tijela od jednog volumena za mljevenje (28₁) rotora (30₁) do volumena za mljevenje (28₂) susjednog rotora (30₂).
9. Mlin (20) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu su lanci (34) spojeni s odnosnim rotorom (30) na čvrsti ali pomičan način.
10. Mlin (20) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu su grilje (40) komore za mljevenje (22) dizajnirane za omogućavanje, tijekom rada mlina (20), izgona dijela čestica otpada koje su dosegle dovoljnu finoću čestica.
11. Mlin (20) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu su osi rotacije X rotora 30 fiksirane, obje u odnosu jedna s drugom i u odnosu sa zidovima (24) komore za mljevenje (22).
12. Mlin (20) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, nadalje sadrži jednu ili više usisnih komora (48) odijeljenih od komore za mljevenje (22) pomoću grilja (40), usisne komore (48) prilagođene su na vakuum pomoću usisnog postrojenja (50).
13. Mlin (20) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, nadalje sadrži motor (44) za rotacionalni pogon rotora (30), motor (44) je sadržan unutar koncentratora (32) rotora (30).
14. Mlin (20) sukladno zahtjevu 3, pri čemu se automatsko otvaranje otvora (42) događa kada je postignut prag temperature ili kada je zabilježeno povećanje gradijenta temperaturnog praga.
15. Pogon za recikliranje energije od otpada (R), obuhvaća mlin (20) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva i plamenik dizajniran za optimalno sagorijevanje goriva dobivenog iz otpada proizvedenog u mlinu (20).
