Claims (22)
1. Posuda (1) za hranu, spomenuta posuda uključuje
podložak (2) formiran od ploča materijala koji uključuje više od jednog sloja, pri čemu materijal svakog sloja formiranog podloška uključuje najmanje 85% amorfnog polietilen tereftalata, spomenuti podložak uključuje
donji dio (4),
jedan ili više bočnih zidova (5) i
periferni brtveni rub (6) na svom vrhu, spomenuti brtveni rub ima pretežno ravno prema uvis okrenutu brtvenu površinu (7),
pri čemu, pored materijala od kojeg se pravi podložak, brtvena površina se pravi sa slojem ljepila (8) uzduž punog oboda podloška.
2. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu materijal svakog sloja formiranog podloška ima intrinzičnu viskoznost između 0,6 dl/g i 1,1 dl/g, preporučljivo između 0,7 dl/g i 0,9 dl/g, još preporučljivije između 0,7 dl/g i 0,8 dl/g.
3. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu amorfni polietilen tereftalat uključuje do 15%, preporučljivo između 1,5% i 2%, komonomera.
4. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, pri čemu je komonomer izoftalna kiselina (IPA), cikloheksandimetanol (CHDM) ili dietilen glikol.
5. Posuda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu debljina materijala ovog podloška je između 200 µm i 1200 µm.
6. Posuda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je ljepilo tipa koji dostiže stanje nesmetanog protoka na temperaturi ispod 150°C, a čvrste je supstance i neljepljiv na sobnoj temperaturi.
7. Posuda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu ljepilo uključuje etilen kopolimer, etilen terpolimer ili spoj takvih polimera kao i vosak.
8. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu ljepilo uključuje
između 10% i 60% naftnog voska ili polietilen voska i
između 40% i 90% etilenskog kopolimera, etilenski terpolimer ili spoj takvih polimera.
9. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 7 ili 8, pri čemu etilen kopolimer(i) i/ili etilen terpolimer(i) uključuju
najmanje 60 % etilena,
najmanje 5 % prvog monomera, spomenuti prvi monomer se bira s popisa koji uključuje: vinil acetat. metakrilnu kiselinu, alkil akrilat i alkil metakrilat, i opcionalno
između 0,1% i 5% drugog monomera, spomenuti drugi monomer se bira sa spiska koji uključuje maleinsku kiselinu, maleinski anhidrid, fumarnu kiselinu, akrilnu kiselinu i glicidil metakrilat.
10. Posuda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva još uključuje poklopac (3), koji je spojen na podložak pomoću ljepila koje formira brtveni spoj otporan na plin uzduž brtvenog ruba.
11. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, pri čemu je poklopac tvrd i dimenzijski stabilan.
12. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, pri čemu je debljina materijala tvrdog i dimenzijski stabilnog poklopca između 200 µm i 1200 µm.
13. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 11 ili 12, pri čemu se tvrdi i dimenzijski stabilan poklopac proizvodi od amorfnog polietilen tereftalata.
14. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, pri čemu se poklopac sastoji od mekog i fleksibilnog tankoslojnog poklopca.
15. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 14, pri čemu je debljina materijala mekog i fleksibilnog poklopca između 15 µm i 100 µm.
16. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 14 ili 15, pri čemu se meki i fleksibilni poklopac pravi od polietilen tereftalata.
17. Posuda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 10-16, pri čemu je barem jedan dio donje površine poklopca obložen brtvenim slojem polietilena, polietilen kopolimerom ili polietilen terpolimerom kako bi se bolje prilagodio i bio spojen na brtveni rub uz pomoć postupka brtvljenja koji uključuje uporabu topline i tlaka.
18. Postupak za proizvodnju posude za hranu, spomenuti postupak uključuje korake:
formiranja podloška napravljenog od pločastog materijala koji uključuje više od jednog sloja, pri čemu ovaj materijal svakog od slojeva formiranog podloška uključuje najmanje 85% amorfnog polietilen tereftalata, spomenuti podložak uključuje donji dio, jedan ili više bočnih zidova i periferni brtveni rub na svom vrhu, spomenuti brtveni rub ima pretežno ravnu prema gore okrenutu površinu brtvljenja;
i
osigurava brtvenu površinu sa slojem ljepila uzduž punog oboda podloška.
19. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 18, pri čemu korak formiranja podloška uključuje termoformiranje podloška iz ploče materijala od kojeg podložak treba formirati.
20. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 18 ili 19, pri čemu korak osiguravanja brtvene površine sa slojem ljepila uključuje nanošenje ljepila uz pomoć valjka za premazivanje.
21. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 18-20, pri čemu je ljepilo tipa koje dostiže stanje nesmetanog protoka na temperaturi ispod 150°C i čvrst je i neljepljiv na sobnoj temperaturi.
22. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 18-21 još uključuje korak vezivanja poklopca na brtvenu površinu podloška uz pomoć postupka koji obuhvaća aktiviranje ljepila toplinom.
