Posuda (1) za hranu, pomenuta posuda obuhvatatacnu (2) formiranu od ploča materijala koje obuhvataju jedan ili više slojeva, gde materijal svakog sloja formrane tacne obuhvata barem 85 % amorfnog polietilen tereftalata, pomenuta tacna obuhvatadonji deo (4),jedan ili više bočnih zidova (5) iperiferni zaptivni rub (6) na svom vrhu, pomenuti zaptivni rub ima pretežno ravno prema uvis okrenutu zaptivnu površinu (7),pri čemu, pored materijala od kog se pravi tacna, zaptivna površina se pravi sa slojem lepka (8) duž punog oboda tacne.Prijava sadrži još 21 patentni zahtev.
