Claims (18)

1. Postupak polaganja najmanje jedne cijevi (2) za najmanje jedan optički kabel (3) u čvrstu podlogu, posebno u asfaltnu površinu ili u betonsku deku, uz pomoć uređaja za polaganje, gdje se najmanje jedan žlijeb (1) izgloda ili ureže u podlogu i najmanje jedna cijev (2) se polaže u najmanje jedan žlijeb (1), naznačen time, da se oblikuje najmanje jedna bočna stijenka (1') od najmanje jednog žlijeba (1) s nosivom stubom (1'') za podupiranje otvrdnjavajućeg, elastičnog i/ili krutog materijala za ispunu (5, 6), pomoću kojega se ispunjava ostvarljiv preostali prostor nakon polaganja najmanje jedne cijevi (2), u svakom od žlijebova (1), ili za držanje cijevi (2) koja se oblikuje odgovarajuće prema žlijebu (1), pri čemu se sila koja djeluje na površinu podloge, u svrhu zaštite najmanje jedne cijevi (2) položene u najmanje jednom žlijebu (1) ili zbog zaštite optičkog kabla (3) položenog u cijevi, preusmjerava putem najmanje jedne nosive stube (1'') u samu podlogu.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da su obje bočne stijenke (1') od najmanje jednog žlijeba (1) oblikovane s nosivom stubom (1''), tako da to rezultira sa žlijebom (1) koji u osnovi ima poprečni presjek u obliku slova T.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da se polaže dodatni žlijeb (9) u najmanje jednoj nosivoj stubi (1'') tako da se on izgloda ili ureže u najmanje jednu bočnu stijenku (1') od svakog žlijeba (1).
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da se povećava trenje između najmanje jedne cijevi (2) položene u najmanje jednom žlijebu (1) i bočnih stijenki (1') od najmanje jednog žlijeba (1), kako bi se spriječilo neovisno izlaženje najmanje jedne cijevi (2) iz najmanje jednog žlijeba (1).
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da se nakon polaganja najmanje jedne cijevi (2), polaže pokrovna traka (8) u najmanje jednom žlijebu (1).
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da se ostvarljiv preostali prostor u svakom od žlijebova (1) puni s otvrdnjavajućim materijalom za ispunu (5), poželjno s dvokomponentnim ljepilom koje je biorazgradivo i topivo u vodi.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, da se ostvarljiv preostali prostor u svakom od žlijebova (1) puni s elastičnim i/ili krutim materijalom za ispunu (6).
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da poprečni presjek od najmanje jedne cijevi (2) koja je položena u najmanje jedan žlijeb (1), po mogućnosti zajedno s vanjskom oblogom, u osnovi odgovara poprečnom presjeku od najmanje jednog žlijeba (1).
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time, da je najmanje jedan žlijeb (1) zajedno s najmanje jednom nosivom stubom (1'') izglodan ili urezan uporabom najmanje jedne kružne oštrice pile (30, 31, 32) koja ima promjer poželjno od 400 mm do 500 mm, poželjno korištenjem vlažnog postupka.
10. Uređaj za polaganje najmanje jedne cijevi (2) za najmanje jedan optički kabel (3) u čvrstu podlogu, posebno u asfaltnu površinu ili u betonsku deku, koji ima napravu za glodanje ili rezanje (10) za izglodavanje ili urezivanje najmanje jednog žlijeba (1) u podlogu, te najmanje jedan bubanj (11) na kojega se namota najmanje jedna cijev (2) koja se treba polagati, naznačen time, da se naprava za glodanje ili rezanje (10) oblikuje za izglodavanje ili urezivanje najmanje jednog žlijeba (1) koji ima s nosivu stubu (1'') za podupiranje otvrdnjavajućeg, elastičnog i/ili krutog materijala za ispunu (5, 6), ili cijevi (2) koja se oblikuje odgovarajuće prema žlijebu (1) u najmanje jednoj bočnoj stijenci (1') od žlijeba (1), i po mogućnosti ima napravu (12) za uvođenje otvrdnjavajućeg, elastičnog i/ili krutog materijala za ispunu (5, 6) u ostvarljivi preostali prostor u svakom od žlijebova (1), pri čemu se, u svrhu zaštite najmanje jedne cijevi (2) položene u najmanje jednom žlijebu (1) ili za zaštitu optičkog kabla (3) položenog u cijevi, sila koja djeluje na površinu podloge, preusmjerava putem najmanje jedne nosive stube (1'') u samu podlogu.
11. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da se naprava za glodanje ili rezanje (10) oblikuje za izglodavanje ili urezivanje najmanje jednog žlijeba (1) s nosivom stubom (1'') u svakoj bočnoj stijenci (1') od žlijeba (1), u svrhu oblikovanja žlijeba (1) koji ima u osnovi poprečni presjek u obliku slova T.
12. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačen time, da se naprava za glodanje ili rezanje (10) oblikuje za izglodavanje ili urezivanje jednog dodatnog žlijeba (9) u nosivoj stubi (1'') u najmanje jednoj bočnoj stijenci (1') od žlijeba (1).
13. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time, da se opskrbljuje s napravom za povećanje trenja između najmanje jedne cijevi (2) i bočnih stijenki (1') od najmanje jednog žlijeba (1), tako da se može spriječiti neovisno izlaženje najmanje jedne cijevi (2) iz najmanje jednog žlijeba (1).
14. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time, da se opskrbljuje s uređajem (15) za namotavanje najmanje jedne pokrovne trake (8), gdje se najmanje jedna pokrovna traka (8) polaže u najmanje jedan žlijeb (1) nakon polaganja ili u isto vrijeme s polaganjem najmanje jedne cijevi (2).
15. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 13 ili 14, naznačen time, da se omogućena naprava (12) za uvođenje materijala za ispunu (5) u ostvarljivi preostali prostor u svakom žlijebu (1), oblikuje pomoću spremnika (16) za otvrdnjavajući materijal za ispunu (5) koji je poželjno dvokomponentno ljepilo, biorazgradivo i topivo u vodi, i mjernog uređaja (17) spojenog na spremnik (16).
16. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 13 ili 14, naznačen time, da se omogućena naprava (12) za uvođenje materijala za ispunu (6) u ostvarljivi preostali prostor u svakom žlijebu (1), oblikuje pomoću naprave za čuvanje elastičnog i/ili krutog materijala za ispunu (6) i uređaja za uvođenje materijala za ispunu (6) u najmanje jedan žlijeb (1).
17. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 13 do 16, naznačen time, da se naprava za glodanje ili rezanje (10) oblikuje pomoću barem jedne kružne oštrice pile (30, 31, 32) koja ima promjer poželjno od 400 mm do 500 mm.
18. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 13 do 17, naznačen time, da su njegovi sastavni dijelovi položeni na kolima (18) koja su poželjno samopogonska.
