Claims (13)
1. Element za pročišćavanje plina (10), naznačen time, da se primjenjuje u metalurgiji i ima sljedeća svojstva kada je instaliran:
a) vatrostalno keramičko tijelo (10, 30) s donjim krajem i s gornjim krajem,
b) gornji kraj obuhvaća gornju čeonu površinu,
c) donji kraj obuhvaća donju čeonu površinu (12),
d) udubina (20) koja se proteže iz donje čeone površine (12) u donji kraj od vatrostalnog keramičkog tijela (10),
e) udubina (20) obuhvaća prvi odsječak (16, 16', 16'') od odvojivog spoja koji je montiran tako da točno pristaje svojim oblikom s plinskim priključnim elementom (50), pri čemu je taj spoj koji je montiran tako da točno pristaje svojim oblikom, konstruiran kao plinsko nepropusni spoj i odvojivi spoj,
f) fluidni spoj za obrađeni plin postoji između udubine (20) i gornje čeone površine kroz najmanje jedan plinsko propusni dio (30) od vatrostalnog keramičkog tijela (10, 30).
2. Element za pročišćavanje plina prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je udubina (20) konstruirana kao odsječak (16, 16', 16'') od spoja iz sljedeće skupine: navojni spoj, bajunet spoj, brzi spoj s dva pritiska, brzi spoj s pritiskom i zaokretom.
3. Element za pročišćavanje plina prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da udubina (20) koja proizlazi iz donje čeone površine (12), prikazuje jedan od sljedećih geometrijskih oblika: cilindar, stožac, krnji stožac, prizma.
4. Element za pročišćavanje plina prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je komora za raspodjelu plina (32) smještena u vatrostalnom keramičkom tijelu (30), u udubini (20) ili u protočnom spoju slijedom udubine (20), u smjeru gornje čeone površine.
5. Element za pročišćavanje plina prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je probijajući zaštitni uređaj smješten u keramičkom tijelu u svrhu zapreke ulaženju rastopljenog metala, u udubini (20) ili u protočnom spoju slijedom udubine (20), u smjeru gornje čeone površine.
6. Element za pročišćavanje plina prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je odsječak (14, 16, 16', 16'') od udubine (20) oblikovan in situ u vatrostalnom keramičkom tijelu (10, 30).
7. Element za pročišćavanje plina prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da odsječak (14, 16, 16', 16'') od udubine (20) je diskretni element.
8. Element za pročišćavanje plina prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se najmanje jedan plinsko propusni dio (30) od vatrostalnog keramičkog tijela (10, 30), proteže iz unutrašnjeg kraja udubine (20).
9. Element za pročišćavanje plina prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da plinsko propusni dio (30) od vatrostalnog keramičkog tijela (10, 30), koji je susjedan s unutrašnjim krajem udubine (20), djelomično obuhvaća metalni pokrov (22).
10. Element za pročišćavanje plina prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da ima vanjski metalni omotač (40) koji obodno pokriva donji kraj od vatrostalnog keramičkog tijela (10, 30), donju čeonu površinu (12) od vatrostalnog keramičkog tijela (10, 30) ili oboje.
11. Element za pročišćavanje plina prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da nema niti jedan element koji proviruje iza donje čeone površine (12).
12. Element za pročišćavanje plina prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time, da je plinski priključni element (50) s prvim krajem i drugim krajem (52), gdje je drugi kraj (52) odgovarajući za prvi odsječak (14, 16, 16', 16'') udubine (20) od elementa za pročišćavanje plina (10), konstruiran kao komplementarni drugi odsječak (52) od spoja koji je montiran tako da točno pristaje svojim oblikom na element za pročišćavanje plina (10).
13. Element za pročišćavanje plina prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time, da je prvi kraj od plinskog priključnog elementa, konstruiran za spajanje na izvor plina.
