Claims (10)
1. Metoda proizvodnje smjese za dobivanje modificiranog bitumena za asfalte, koja uključuje sljedeće korake:
- mljevenje vulkanizirane gume da bi se dobila vulkanizirana guma u mrvicama čija je granulometrija ispod 0,4 mm;
- miješanje vulkanizirane gume u mrvicama, aditiva SBS (stiren-butadien-stiren) i maziva unutar ekstrudera, pri čemu je težinski postotak maziva između 1% i 50% u odnosu na težinu smjese, a težinski postotak vulkanizirane gume mrvicama je jednak težinskom postotku SBS-a;
- ekstruzija u svrhu dobivanja ekstrudirane smjese koja sadrži spomenutu vulkaniziranu gumu u mrvicama, SBS i mazivo, pri čemu se ekstruzija obavlja na temperaturi između 160 i 200 °C.
2. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je granulometrija vulkanizirane gume u mrvicama između 0,09 i 0,32 mm.
3. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time da se guma u mrvicama dobiva od recikliranih automobilskih guma čiji je uporabni vijek istekao (PFU).
4. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je SBS radijalnog tipa.
5. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je SBS linearnog tipa.
6. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je SBS mješavina radijalnog SBS-a i linearnog SBS-a.
7. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da se mazivo dodaje u težinskog postotku između 20-30% u odnosu na ukupnu težinu smjese.
8. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je to mazivo mineralno ulje.
9. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je težinski postotak i gume u mrvicama i SBS-a između 35% i 42% u odnosu na ukupnu težinu smjese.
10. Metoda modifikacije bitumena za proizvodnju asfalta, naznačena time da ona omogućava dodavanje ekstrudirane smjese dobivene metodom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, pri čemu se spomenuta ekstrudirana smjesa dodaje bitumenu u težinskom postotku između 5 i 30% u odnosu na ukupnu težinu modificiranog bitumena.
