Claims (13)
1. Uređaj kirurškog sustava za fakoemulzifikaciju, naznačen time, da obuhvaća sljedeće:
ručni dio za fakoemulzifikaciju (118);
irigacijski sustav (300) dizajniran za dobivanje irigacijske tekućine u ručnom dijelu za fakoemulzifikaciju (118) u svrhu ispiranja mjesta kirurškog zahvata; i
usisni sustav (302) namješten za usisavanje aspiracijske tekućine s mjesta kirurškog zahvata, gdje usisni sustav obuhvaća sljedeće:
usisna putanja unutar ručnog dijela za fakoemulzifikaciju;
elastična usisna cjevčica malog kalibra (318) oblikovana tako da bude u tekućem spoju s usisnom putanjom (316) od ručnog dijela za fakoemulzifikaciju (118), gdje usisna cjevčica malog kalibra (318) ima nominalni unutrašnji promjer koji je manji od oko 1,27 mm (0,050 inča), u svrhu smanjenja razina okluzijskih udarnih valova unutar kirurškog sustava, dok je unutrašnji promjer u osnovi postojan cijelom duljinom usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318); i
peristaltička pumpa (322) u spoju s usisnom cjevčicom malog kalibra (318), čiji se rad iskorištava za stvaranje protoka kroz usisnu cjevčicu malog kalibra (318);
pri čemu usisna cjevčica malog kalibra (318) sadrži zaobljeni odsječak na unutrašnjem promjeru s barem jednog kraja, gdje u neopterećenom stanju, zaobljeni odsječak ima unutrašnji promjer koji je veći od nominalnog unutrašnjeg promjera od usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318);
konektor (330, 332) koji je dizajniran za prihvat barem dijela od zaobljenog odsječka usisne cjevčice malog kalibra, pri čemu je konektor (330, 332) dimenzioniran tako da primjenjuje radijalni pritisak na zaobljeni odsječak kada je zaobljeni odsječak umetnut u konektor (330, 332), tako da u slučaju kada je usisna cjevčica malog kalibra (318) položena unutar konektora (330, 332), unutrašnji promjer zaobljenog odsječka je otprilike istog promjera kao i nominalni promjer usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318).
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je konektor (330) položen između usisne putanje (316) u ručnom dijelu (118) i usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318), gdje konektor (330) sadrži grlo za prolaz aspiracijske tekućine, dok to grlo ima promjer koji se u osnovi poklapa s nominalnim unutrašnjim promjerom od usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318).
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da konektor (330) obuhvaća dva krajnja utična dijela dimenzionirana za prihvat usisne putanje (316) odnosno usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318), gdje konektor (330) sadrži glatki prijelaz od najvećeg unutrašnjeg promjera konektora (330) prema dolje do promjera grla.
4. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da uređaj nadalje obuhvaća sljedeće:
kazeta (314) povezana s pumpom (322); i
drugi konektor (332) položen između usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318) i kazete (314), gdje je drugi konektor (332) oblikovan za prihvat barem dijela od zaobljenog odsječka usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318) i za primjenu radijalnog pritiska na zaobljeni odsječak kada je zaobljeni odsječak umetnut u drugi konektor (332), tako da u slučaju kada je usisna cjevčica malog kalibra položena unutar drugog konektora (332), unutrašnji promjer zaobljenog odsječka je otprilike istog promjera kao što je nominalni promjer usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318).
5. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da pumpa (322) obuhvaća paralelnu pumpu s jakom izlaznom snagom, koja je osposobljena za stvaranje protoka od oko 60 cc/min kroz usisnu cjevčicu malog kalibra.
6. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da usisna cjevčica malog kalibra (318) ima unutrašnji promjer u rasponu od oko 0,889 do 1,27 mm (0,035 - 0,050 inča).
7. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da usisna cjevčica malog kalibra (318) ima unutrašnji promjer veličine oko 1,143 mm (0,045 inča).
8. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da
ručni dio za fakoemulzifikaciju obuhvaća ultrazvučni šiljak (334) sa svjetlosnim tokom, koji je dimenzioniran i dizajniran tako da usisava aspiracijsku tekućinu s mjesta kirurškog zahvata;
pri čemu se usisna putanja proteže iz ultrazvučnog šiljka (334) i namještena je i oblikovana tako da omogućava protok aspiracijske tekućine kroz ručni dio;
gdje usisna putanja unutar ručnog dijela ima unutrašnji promjer koji se poklapa s unutrašnjim promjerom svjetlosnog toka od ultrazvučnog šiljka.
9. Usisni sustav malog kalibra (302), naznačen time, da je namješten za prihvat aspiracijske tekućine iz ultrazvučnog šiljka (334) koji se koristi u kirurškom uređaju za fakoemulzifikaciju, pomoću ručnog dijela za fakoemulzifikaciju koji obuhvaća sljedeće:
usisna putanja (316) unutar fakoemulzifikacijskog ručnog dijela (118), gdje se usisna putanja proteže iz ultrazvučnog šiljka, a namještena je i oblikovana tako da omogućava protok aspiracijske tekućine kroz ručni dio;
elastična usisna cjevčica malog kalibra (318) u tekućem spoju s usisnom putanjom (316), gdje usisna cjevčica malog kalibra (318) ima nominalni unutrašnji promjer koji je manji od oko 1,27 mm (0,050 inča), kako bi se smanjivale razine okluzijskih udarnih valova unutar kirurškog sustava, dok je unutrašnji promjer u osnovi postojan cijelom duljinom usisne cjevčice malog kalibra; i
pumpa s jakom izlaznom snagom, peristaltička pumpa (322) u spoju s usisnom cjevčicom malog kalibra (318);
pri čemu usisna cjevčica malog kalibra (318) sadrži zaobljeni odsječak na unutrašnjem promjeru s barem jednog kraja, gdje u neopterećenom stanju, zaobljeni odsječak ima unutrašnji promjer koji je veći od nominalnog unutrašnjeg promjera usisne cjevčice malog kalibra;
pritom nadalje sadrži konektor (330, 332) koji je dizajniran za prihvat barem dijela od zaobljenog odsječka usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318), pri čemu konektor sadrži grlo za prolaz aspiracijske tekućine, dok je konektor tako dimenzioniran da primjenjuje radijalni pritisak na zaobljeni odsječak, kada je zaobljeni odsječak umetnut u konektor, tako da u slučaju kada je usisna cjevčica malog kalibra (318) položena unutar konektora, unutrašnji promjer zaobljenog odsječka je otprilike istog promjera kao i grlo te kao što je nominalni promjer usisne cjevčice malog kalibra.
10. Sustav prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time, da je konektor (330) postavljen između usisne putanje (316) u ručnom dijelu i usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318), gdje grlo ima promjer koji se u osnovi poklapa s nominalnim unutrašnjim promjerom od usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318).
11. Sustav prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća sljedeće:
kazeta (314) povezana s pumpom (322); i
drugi konektor (332) položen između usisne cjevčice malog kalibra (318) i kazete (314), gdje je drugi konektor (332) oblikovan za prihvat barem dijela od zaobljenog odsječka usisne cjevčice malog kalibra, kao i za primjenu radijalnog pritiska na zaobljeni odsječak, kada je zaobljeni odsječak umetnut u konektor, tako da u slučaju kada je usisna cjevčica malog kalibra (318) položena unutar konektora, unutrašnji promjer zaobljenog odsječka je otprilike istog promjera kao što je nominalni promjer usisne cjevčice malog kalibra.
12. Sustav prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time, da usisna cjevčica malog kalibra (318) ima unutrašnji promjer u rasponu od oko 0,889 do 1,27 mm (0,035 - 0,050 inča).
