Abstract
Una derivación para su implantación al menos parcial en un paciente que comprende: un conducto alargado (11) que tiene al menos dos luces a través del mismo, en el que las al menos dos luces comprenden un conducto de líquido y un conducto de drenaje, en el que dicho conducto de drenaje comprende un extremo proximal (12) para la recepción de fluidos corporales para el flujo a través de dicha derivación y un extremo distal (16) para la descarga de dichos fluidos corporales desde dicha derivación; y una fuente prolongada de al menos un agente resistente a la oclusión acoplado de forma fluida al conducto de líquido, de modo que el conducto de líquido (21) funciona como conducto a través del que fluye el al menos un agente resistente a la oclusión; y el conducto de drenaje (22) funciona como un conducto para el drenaje de líquido cefalorraquídeo; y en el que el conducto de líquido comprende una superficie (18) a través de la que puede penetrar al menos un agente resistente a la oclusión.
