Claims (7)

1. Postupak za izdvajanje CO2 iz izgaranja otpadnog plina nastalog izgaranjem goriva koja sadrže ugljik ili otpada uz pomoć zraka kao oksidansa u komori za izgaranje (1), pri čemu postupak sadrži korake: uvođenja struje otpadnog plina koja sadrži CO2 (G1) koji se odvodi izvan komore za izgaranje (1) u karbonator (3) sustava karbonatnog kruga (2) koji ima barem jedan karbonator (3), uređaj za kalciniranje (4) i separator (7) i u kojem cirkulira sorbent koji stvara karbonat, gdje se sorbent miješa sa CO2 iz struje otpadnog plina izgaranja (G1) da nastane karbonat u karbonatoru (3), karbonat se uvodi kao struja krutih karbonatnih čestica (F1) u uređaj za kalciniranje (4) i spaljuje se uz uvođenje topline (Qz) pomoću dopunskog izgaranja (5) upotrebom kisika kao oksidansa kod temperature kalciniranja (TCalC) specifične za karbonat, te nastaje regenerirani sorbent i plin koji uglavnom sadrži CO2, gdje se regenerirani sorbent koji sadrži količinu topline izdvaja u separatoru (7) iz plina koji sadrži CO2 i uvodi se kao struja čestica krutog sorbenta (F2) u karbonator (3) radi stvaranja karbonata iz CO2 i plin koji sadrži količinu topline se uvodi kao struja plina (G2) u dodatni postupak obrade, naznačen time da se uvođenje topline (Qz) ostvaruje pomoću dopunskog izgaranja (5), kako bi se održavala temperatura kalciniranja (TCalC), djelomično zamijenjena sa toplinom oduzetom iz jednog ili više izvora topline i uvodi se pomoću izmjene topline u struju krutih karbonatnih čestica (F1) prije nego potonji ulazi u uređaj za kalciniranje (4) ili unutar uređaja za kalciniranje (4) i zagrijana struja krutih čestica sorbenta (F2) se koristi kao izvor topline i odvođenje dijela topline koja je tamo prisutna se ostvaruje prije nego struja krutih čestica sorbenta (F2) ulazi u karbonator (3) i zagrijana struja plina (G2) koji izlazi iz separatora (7) nizvodno od uređaja za kalciniranje se koristi kao izvor topline i provođenje izdvajanja dijela topline koja je u njoj prisutna se odvija prije dodatne obrade na toplinskoj strani, a izmjena topline se provodi pomoću medija za prijenos topline, s time da se kao medij za prijenos topline koriste helij ili natrij.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se kao sorbent koriste prirodni ili sintetski materijali.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se kao sorbent koristi CaO.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se izmjena topline provodi regenerativno ili rekuperacijski.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se u uređaju za kalciniranje za dopunsko izgaranje koriste fosilna goriva ili biomasa ili otpad ili smjesa gore navedenih materijala.
6. Postrojenje za izdvajanje CO2 iz izgaranja otpadnog plina nastalog izgaranjem goriva koja sadrže ugljik ili otpada uz pomoć zraka kao oksidansa u komori za izgaranje (1), pri čemu postrojenje sadrži: - sustav karbonatnog kruga (2) koji je smješten nizvodno od komore za izgaranje (1) u smjeru strujanja otpadnog plina nastalog izgaranjem (G1) i ima barem jedan karbonator (3) i uređaj za kalciniranje (4) i separator (7), te u kojem cirkulira sorbent koji stvara karbonat, gdje se sorbent miješa s CO2 iz izgaranja otpadnog plina (G1) da nastane karbonat u karbonatoru (3), te se karbonat uvodi kao struja krutih karbonatnih čestica (F1) u uređaj za kalciniranje (4) i spaljuje se uz uvođenje topline (Qz) pomoću dopunskog izgaranja (5) upotrebom kisika kao oksidansa kod temperature kalciniranja (TCalC) specifične za karbonat da se dobije regenerirani sorbent i plin koji uglavnom sadrži CO2, gdje se regenerirani sorbent koji sadrži količinu topline izdvaja u separatoru (7) iz plina i uvodi kao struja krutih čestica sorbenta (F2) u karbonator (3) radi stvaranja karbonata iz CO2 i plin koji sadrži količinu topline se uvodi kao struja plina (G2) u daljnji postupak obrade, naznačeno time da - ima barem jedan sustav za izmjenu topline (8, 9, 10) za uzimanje topline iz jednog ili više izvora topline i uvođenje ove topline u struju krutih karbonatnih čestica (F1) prije nego što potonja ulazi u uređaj za kalciniranje (4) ili unutar uređaja za kalciniranje (4), gdje uvođenje ove topline djelomično zamjenjuje uvođenje topline (Qz) ostvareno pomoću dopunskog izgaranja (5) kako bi se održavala temperatura kalciniranja (TCalC), te je sustav za izmjenu topline (8, 9, 10) konstruiran na takav način da se kao izvor topline koristi zagrijana struja krutih čestica sorbenta (F2) i struja plina (G2), gdje sustav za izmjenu topline (8, 9, 10) ima medij za prijenos topline, s time da je medij za prijenos topline helij ili natrij.
7. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeno time da je izmjenjivač topline (11, 12, 13) konfiguriran kao regenerativni ili rekuperacijski izmjenjivač topline.
