Claims (18)
1. Vjetreni sustav (1) za konvertiranje energije koji uključuje:
- najmanje jednog zmaja (2) koji je prilagođen na način da se uzgoni sa zemlje uronjen u najmanje jednu struju vjetra (W);
- najmanje jedan modul (5) koji je prilagođen na način da se premješta po najmanje jednoj tračnici (6; 7) smještenoj odmah uz tlo pri čemu je taj modul (5) spojen preko najmanje jednog užeta (4) sa spomenutim zmajem (2), a taj je zmaj (2) prilagođen tako da ga pogoni spomenuti modul (5) kako bi vukao spomenuti modul (5) po spomenutoj tračnici (6; 7) i obavljao spomenutu konverziju energije vjetra u električnu energiju putem najmanje jednog generatorskog sustava koji djeluje zajedno sa spomenutim modulom (5) i spomenutom tračnicom (6; 7),
pri čemu je spomenuto uže (4) prilagođeno na način da istovremeno prenosi mehaničku energiju sa spomenutog zmaja i na njega (2) i da kontrolira letnu putanju spomenutog zmaja (2),
s tim da vjetreni sustav (1) uključuje najmanje jedan sustav za vraćanje (8) spomenutog zmaja,
naznačen time da je spomenuti generatorski sustav konfiguriran tako da pretvara mehaničku energiju u električnu energiju preko relativnog kretanja između spomenutog modula (5) i spomenute tračnice (6; 7).
2. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je spomenuti modul (5) opremljen najmanje jednim kolicima (11) po kojima putuje po spomenutoj tračnici (6;7) i da je spomenuti sustav za vraćanje zmajeva (8) pritegnut na spomenuta kolica (11) uz najmanje jedan kraj.
3. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je spomenuti modul (5) opremljen najmanje jednim kolicima (11) po kojima putuje po spomenutoj tračnici (6;7) i da je spomenuti sustav za vraćanje zmajeva (8) pritegnut na spomenuta kolica (11) koja se kreću na većoj visini uz jedan kraj spomenutog sustava za vraćanje zmajeva (8) iz kojega spomenuta užad (4) izlazi prema spomenutom zmaju (2).
4. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je spomenuti modul (5) opremljen najmanje jednim kolicima (11) po kojima putuje po spomenutoj tračnici (6;7) i da je spomenuti sustav za vraćanje zmajeva (8) pritegnut na spomenuta kolica (11) koja se kreću na nižoj visini uz jedan kraj spomenutog sustava za vraćanje zmajeva (8) iz kojega spomenuta užad (4) izlazi prema spomenutom zmaju (2).
5. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je spomenuti sustav za vraćanje zmajeva (8) opremljen mekanim kotačima (17) koji se kreću po najmanje jednoj tračnici (7).
6. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da uključuje jednu rastegnutu fleksibilnu konstrukciju (12), koja rastegnuta fleksibilna konstrukcija (12) podupire težinu spomenutog sustava za vraćanje zmajeva (8) i međusobno povezuje najmanje dva od spomenutih modula (5).
7. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da je spomenuta rastegnuta fleksibilna konstrukcija (12) opremljena jednom okomitom rešetkastom konstrukcijom (13).
8. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da je spomenuta rastegnuta fleksibilna konstrukcija (12) opremljena spojnim podupiračima (14) na jednom kraju pričvršćenim na spomenuti sustav za vraćanje zmajeva (8), a na drugom na spomenutu uspravnu rešetkastu konstrukciju (13).
9. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da je spomenuta rastegnuta fleksibilna konstrukcija (12) opremljena spojnim podupiračima (14) koji međusobno povezuju spomenute module (5) ili spomenute sustave za vraćanje zmajeva (8).
10. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da spomenuta rastegnuta fleksibilna konstrukcija (12) ima trokutaste dijelove razvijene praćenjem simetrije cilindra ili da spomenuta rastegnuta fleksibilna konstrukcija (12) uključuje jedan prsten koji prati međusobno povezano ponašanje u odnosu na spomenute module (5).
11. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da spomenuti sustav za vraćanje zmajeva (8) uključuje najmanje jednu cilindričnu cijev.
12. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je spomenuti sustav za vraćanje zmajeva (8) napravljen od jedne konstrukcije rešetkastog tipa.
13. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da je spomenuta konstrukcija rešetkastog tipa obložena najmanje jednom mrežicom za zadržavanje spomenutog zmaja (2).
14. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time da je spomenuta mrežasta obloga opremljena jednim upletenim dijelom da bi se spriječilo zaglavljivanje prilikom klizanja spomenutog zmaja (2).
15. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da spomenuti sustav za vraćanje zmajeva (8) gravitacijski reagira vlastitom težinom na okomiti vučni element spomenutog zmaja (2).
16. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je spomenuti sustav za vraćanje zmajeva (8) opremljen najmanje jednim zglobom (9) kako bi se mogao djelomično ili u potpunosti usmjeravati.
17. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 16, naznačen time da se jedan krajnji dio (10) spomenutog sustava za vraćanje zmajeva (8), koji krajnji dio se može usmjeravati, pokreće pomoću jednog sustava koji se sastoji od najmanje tri užeta (31).
18. Vjetreni sustav (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se jedan krajnji dio (10) koji se može usmjeravati pokreće pomoću spomenute rastegnute fleksibilne konstrukcije (12).
