Claims (10)
1. Postupak razdvajanja smjese dijastereoizomera (6R,S)-5-metiltetrahidrofolne kiseline ili njezine soli s alkalnim metalom, naznačen time što se sastoji u reakciji smjese u vodi s najmanje jednom organskom bazom, koju se bira iz skupine koju čine 1-feniletilamin, 1-p-nitrofeniletilamin, 1-p-klorfeniletilamin, 1-p-metilfeniletilamin, 1-p-metoksifeniletilamin, 1-(1-naftil)etilamin, 1-(2-naftil)etilamin, bilo u (R,S)- ili (R)- ili (S)-konfiguraciji, kako bi se dobilo odgovarajuću sol s aminom, te u prikupljanju dijastereoizomera, gdje je potonji uglavnom čisti odgovarajući prirodni (6S) dijastereoizomer.
2. Postupak u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time što se sastoji u prikupljanju najmanje jednog dijastereoizomera kristaliziranjem.
3. Postupak u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time što se kristaliziranu sol dijastereoizomera prekristalizira najmanje jednom.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se najmanje jedan dijastereoizomer pretvara u slobodnu kiselinu ili u sol sa zemnoalkalnim metalom.
5. Postupak u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time što se slobodnu kiselinu pretvara u sol s alkalnim metalom ili zemnoalkalnim metalom.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4 ili 5, naznačen time što je sol sa zemnoalkalnim metalom kalcijeva sol.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4-6, naznačen time što se sol sa zemnoalkalnim metalom pretvara u slobodnu kiselinu.
8. Kristalni spoj, naznačen time što je sol (6S)-5-metiltetrahidrofolne kiseline s najmanje jednom organskom bazom, koju se bira iz skupine koju čine 1-feniletilamin, 1-p-nitrofeniletilamin, 1-p-klorfeniletilamin, 1-p-metilfeniletilamin, 1-p-metoksifeniletilamin, 1-(1-naftil)etilamin, 1-(2-naftil)etilamin, bilo u (R,S)- ili (R)- ili (S)-konfiguraciji.
9. Spoj u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time što ga se bira iz skupine koju čine (R,S)-1-feniletilamin 5-metil-(6S)-tetrahidrofolat, (R)-1-feniletilamin 5-metil-(6S)-tetrahidrofolat, (S)-1-feniletilamin 5-metil-(6S)-tetrahidrofolat.

Upotreba spoja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8-9, naznačena time što je spoj namijenjen razdvajanju smjese dijastereoizomera (6R,S)-5-metiltetrahidrofolne kiseline ili njezine soli s alkalnim metalom, koja se sastoji u reakciji smjese u vodi s najmanje jednom organskom bazom, koju se bira iz skupine koju čine 1-feniletilamin, 1-p-nitrofeniletilamin, 1-p-klorfeniletilamin, 1-p-metilfeniletilamin, 1-p-metoksifeniletilamin, 1-(1-naftil)etilamin, 1-(2-naftil)etilamin, bilo u (R,S)- ili (R)- ili (S)-konfiguraciji, kako bi se dobilo odgovarajuću sol s aminom, te u prikupljanju dijastereoizomera, gdje je potonji uglavnom čisti odgovarajući prirodni (6S) dijastereoizomer.
