Claims (14)

1. Regulator električne struje koji sadrži električno kolo regulatora električne struje da osigura reguliranu električnu struju od ulaznog napona, električno kolo regulatora električne struje koje obuhvaća: pogonsko električno kolo koje sadrži otpornik (R1) i tranzistor (T1); i električno kolo (VRC1) regulatora napona koji može da se koristi da osigura regulirani napon u spomenutom pogonskom električnom kolu, naznačen time da spomenuto električno kolo regulatora napona obuhvata više Zener dioda (Z11, Z12, ... ,Z1n) priključenih paralelno, svakoj Zener diodi koja ima Zener napon manji od 5,5 V i pri čemu se Zener diode biraju tako da odstupanje između 0,1 V i 0,3 V postoji između Zener napona Zener dioda koji se nalaze u velikom broju Zener dioda.
2. Regulator struje prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu spomenuto električno kolo (C1) d regulatora električne struje formira prvo električno kolo regulatora električne struje, i pri čemu spomenuto prvo električno kolo regulatora električne struje jeste poprečno spregnuto na drugo električno kolo (C2) regulatora električne struje.
3. Regulator električne struje prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, pri čemu spomenuto drugo električno kolo (C2) regulatora električne struje koje obuhvaća: drugo pogonsko električno kolo koje sadrži otpornik (R2) i tranzistor (T2); i drugo električno kolo (VRC2) regulatora napona koji može da se koristi da osigura stabiliziran referentni napon za spomenuto drugo pogonsko električno kolo, pri čemu spomenuto drugo električno kolo regulatora napona sadrži više Zener dioda (Z21, Z22, ...Z2n) priključenih u paralelnoj vezi svakoj Zener diodi koja ima Zener napon manji od 5,5 V i gdje se Zener diode biraju tako da postoji varijacija od 0,1 V do 0,3 V između Zener napona Zener dioda koji postoji u svakoj od ovih Zener dioda.
4. Regulator električne struje prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, gdje spomenuti regulator električne struje formira prvo električno kolo regulatora električne struje, i gdje je prvo električno kolo (C1) regulatora električne struje priključeno na otporničko sabirno električno kolo (RSC).
5. Regulator električne struje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje regulator struje sadrži električno kolo sa dva priključka.
6. Regulator električne struje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje Zener diode ovog/svakog električnog kola regulatora napona sadrže silicijske Zener diode.
7. Regulator električne struje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje Zener diode ovog/svakog električnog kola regulatora napona ispoljavaju Zener napon od 2,0 V do 3,0 V.
8. Regulator električne struje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje električno kolo čija se funkcija sastoji u tome da osigura programirano regulirano električno kolo koje ima snagu od 25 mA do 220 mA.
9. Regulator električne struje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje Zener napon Zener dioda koje sadrži elektronsko kolo regulatora napona ovog/svakog električnog kola regulatora električne struje se biraju tako da: [image] pri čemu je Iz,opt jačina struje pri kojoj brzina promjene Zener napona u zavisnosti od temperature u suštini jednaka brzini promjene napona baza-emiter vbe tranzistora električnog kola regulatora električne struje, N je cijeli broj Zener dioda po električnom kolu regulatora napona i Ispec je jačina struje regulatora električne struje kod kog je koeficijent temperature u biti nula.
10. Regulator električne struje, prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu tranzistor ovog/svakog pogonskog električnog kola sadrži silicijski bipolarni tranzistor.
11. Regulator električne struje prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, pri čemu silicijski bipolarni tranzistor pripada tipu NPN ili PNP.
12. Regulator električne struje prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, ili kada se doda na zahtjev 3, gdje tranzistor prvog ili drugog električnog kola regulatora električne struje jeste tipa PNP dok tranzistor drugog električnog kola regulatora električne struje pripada tipu NPN tako da tranzistori formiraju komplementarni par.
13. Regulator električne struje prema patentnom zahtjevu 3 ili jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 12 kada se doda patentnom zahtjevu 3, gdje otpornik prvog i/ili drugog pogonskog električnog kola čija se funkcija sastoji u tome da varira redoslijed da bi se koristio kao otpornik za programiranje električne struje.
14. Aparat za osvjetljenje koji sadrži jednu ili više svjetlećih dioda (LED) i regulator električne struje kako se navodi u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13.
