Claims (12)

1. Pumpa sa tekućim prstenom za generiranje vakuuma i pumpanje otpadnih voda kod sustava protoka otpadnih voda pod vakuumom (6), pri čemu se pumpa sa tekućim prstenom (1) u odnosu na smjer protoka otpadnih voda sastoji od ulaznog otvora pumpe (11), ulazne komore (13), kućišta pumpe (14), izvedenog sa rotorom (15) koji je postavljen na pogonsku osovinu (16) sa mehaničkom brtvom (20), izlazne komore (17), sa mehaničkom brtvom (20) postavljenom unutar izlazne komore (17), i izlaznog otvora pumpe (19), pri čemu je ulazni otvor pumpe (11) prilagođen da se spoji na kolektor (73) za primanje toka otpadnih voda, a izlazni otvor pumpe (19) prilagođen da se spoji na odvodnu cijev (8) za odvođenje toka otpadnih voda, naznačena time da je izlazna komora (17) izvedena sa integriranim nastavkom (18), koji se pruža preko barem jednog dijela kućišta pumpe (14) u smjeru pogonske osovine (16), i koji omogućuje produžetak i povećanje izlazne komore (17), i da je izlazni otvor pumpe (19) smješten na donjem dijelu integriranog nastavka (18), u smjeru protoka otpadnih voda, te time, da je mehanička brtva (20) postavljena tako da se podmazuje protokom otpadnih voda, koji tok protječe u i kroz izlaznu komoru (17) i integrirani nastavak (18) izlazne komore (17).
2. Pumpa sa tekućim prstenom sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je izlazna komora (17) snabdjevena aksijalnom lopaticom (40), koja se pruža preko dijela pogonske osovine (16) u izlaznoj komori (17) u smjeru protoka otpadnih voda.
3. Pumpa sa tekućim prstenom sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je izlazna komora (17) snabdjevena radijalnom lopaticom (50), koja se pruža oko dijela pogonske osovine (16) u izlaznoj komori (17) u smjeru protoka otpadnih voda.
4. Pumpa sa tekućim prstenom sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je integrirani nastavak (18) izlazne komore (17) izveden sa prirubnicom (181), koja se proteže preko dijela integriranog nastavka (18) u smjeru pogonske osovine (16), i nizvodno od izlazne komore (17) u odnosu na smjer protoka otpadnih voda.
5. Pumpa sa tekućim prstenom sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je ulazni otvor pumpe (11), izveden sa nepovratnim ventilom (12).
6. Pumpa sa tekućim prstenom sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da pumpa sadrži mehanizam za usitnjavanje (30) ispred kućišta pumpe (14).
7. Pumpa sa tekućim prstenom sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da se pumpa sa tekućim prstenom (1) primjenjuje kod sustava otpadnih voda pod vakuumom (6), koji se sastoje od izvora otpadnih voda (61, 62, 63, 64), vakumskih cijevi (7) uključujući i kolektor (73), ispusnog ventila postavljenog između vakumskih cijevi i izvora otpadnih voda, i postrojenja za primanje (9) koje prihvaća otpadne vode iz odvodne cijevi (8).
8. Postupak za rad pumpe sa tekućim prstenom kod sustava otpadnih voda pod vakuumom, pri kojem postupku pumpa sa tekućim prstenom (1) stvara vakuum i pumpa tok otpadnih voda, pri čemu se pumpa sa tekućim prstenom (1) u smjeru protoka otpadnih voda sastoji od ulaznog otvora pumpe (11), ulazne komore (13), kućišta pumpe (14), izvedenog sa rotorom (15) koji je postavljen na pogonsku osovinu (16) sa mehaničkom brtvom (20), izlazne komore (17), sa mehaničkom brtvom (20) postavljenom unutar izlazne komore (17), i izlaznog otvora pumpe (19), pri kojem postupku se tok otpadnih voda pumpa iz kolektora (73) spojenog na ulazni otvor pumpe (11), te pri kojem postupku se tok otpadnih voda ispušta kroz izlazni otvor pumpe (19) u odvodnu cijev (8), naznačen time da je izlazna komora (17) izvedena sa integriranim nastavkom (18), koji se proteže preko barem jednog dijela kućišta pumpe (14) u smjeru pogonske osovine (16), i koji omogućuje produžetak i povećanje izlazne komore (17), da protok otpadnih voda podmazuje mehaničku brtvu (20), kao što se i tok otpadnih voda pumpa u i kroz izlaznu komoru (17) i integrirani nastavak (18) izlazne komore (17), te time, da se tok otpadnih voda ispušta iz izlaznog otvora pumpe (19), smještenog na izlaznom kraju integriranog nastavka (18) izlazne komore (17) u smjeru protoka otpadnih voda.
9. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da je tok otpadnih voda usmjeren uzduž i prema mehaničkoj brtvi (20), kao što se tok otpadnih voda pumpa u i kroz izlaznu komoru (17) prema integriranom nastavku (18) i izlaznom otvoru pumpe(19).
10. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da je tok otpadnih voda usmjeren okolo i prema mehaničkoj brtvi (20) kao što se tok otpadnih voda pumpa u i kroz izlaznu komoru (17) prema integriranom nastavku(18) i izlaznom otvoru pumpe (19).
11. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da se protok otpadnih voda sprječava i zadržava prirubnicom (181) postavljenom u integriranom nastavku (18) izlazne komore (17), prije ispuštanja toka otpadnih voda iz izlaznog otvora pumpe (19).
12. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da su krute komponente u protoku otpadnih voda usitnjene pomoću mehanizma za usitnjavanje (30), koji se nalazi ispred kućišta pumpe (14).
