Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الراهن بمضخة pump تشتمل على مبيت housing له مدخل inlet معد ليستقبل السائل المراد ضخه؛ مخرج outlet معد ليزوّد السائل المراد ضخه؛ حجرة ضخ pumping chamber مشكلة بين المدخل والمخرج؛ وعمود إدارة محرك motor shaft معد ليدور في حجرة الضخ. وتوجد دفاعة impeller موضوعة على عمود إدارة المحرك، تحتوي على ريش منحنية شعاعياً radially curved vanes مشكلة لتدور داخل حجرة الضخ لضخ السائل من حجرة الضخ إلى المخرج؛ وتحتوي الدفاعة على ريش مانعة للغلق الهوائي anti-airlock vanes مشكلة في صورة مجموعة من امتدادات الريش المنحنية محورياً التي تمتد على طول محور عمود الإدارة، حيث تدور مع أحد الأجزاء المشكلة داخل حجرة الضخ، وتبرز من خلال المدخل وتدور مع جزء آخر مشكل خارج المدخل ليتم غمرها في أي سائل مراد ضخه أسفل المضخة، تسحب السائل من خلال المدخل إلى حجرة الضخ، وتزود السائل إلى الريش المنحنية شعاعياً من أجل توليد ضغط لدفع الهواء المحتجز من حجرة الضخ. انظر الشكل 6
