Claims (6)

1. Uređaj (10) koji je prikladan za selekciju organskog otpadnog materijala, koji otpadni materijal je prikladan za recikliranje, naročito je prikladan za uklanjanje ostataka i stranih tijela iz mase vlažnog organskog otpada, koji otpad ima agro-industrijsko podrijetlo, i za odvajanje hrane u krutom ili u tekućem stanju iz odgovarajuće ambalaže od kartona ili od istovjetnih materijala, pri čemu uređaj sadržava sljedeće elemente: - vertikalno postavljenu kolonu (30) u kojoj se nalazi vijak (22) koji može rotirati uz pomoć motora (24), pri čemu je navedeni vijak u potpunosti umetnut u koaksijalno, uglavnom cilindrično tijelo (20), koje cilindrično tijelo ima najmanje duž svoje cilindrične bočne plohe veliki broj malih rupa, pri čemu uglavnom cilindrično tijelo (20) ima jedan otvor koji je prilagođen na ulazni otvor (18) koji omogućava ulaz organskog materijala koji treba biti obrađen, - najmanje jednu cijev (36) na gornjem dijelu navedene kolone (30) za izbacivanje ostataka ili stranih tijela koja se nalaze u organskoj masi koja je podvrgnuta obradi, koja strana tijela su razlomljena i dovedena prema gore uz pomoć navedenog vijka (22), i - najmanje jedan kanal ili više kanala (34) koji su načinjeni duž navedene kolone (30) radi dovođenja vode za razrjeđivanje ili tekućina drugih vrsta u navedeno cilindrično tijelo (20), naznačen time što je najmanje jedan spremnik (38), koji se nalazi ispod kolone (30), povezan s navedenom kolonom radi skupljanja obrađenog organskog materijala, i što navedeni vijak (22) može rotirati brzinom od 900 – 1000 okreta po minuti i ima isprekidani spiralni omotač.
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je navedeni motor (24) smješten na vrhu navedene kolone (30).
3. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je navedeni vijak (22) načinjen od osovine (26) na koju je postavljen veći broj lamela ili lopatica (22 ́), pri čemu navedena osovina (26) strši na svojem donjem kraju iz cilindričnog tijela (20), kako bi bila zahvaćena u oslonac (28), koji oslonac ima najmanje jedan ležaj ili više ležaja.
4. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što je navedeni oslonac (28) načinjen od dva ili više bočnih elemenata (32) koji se pružaju horizontalno i koji su postavljeni na bazu kolone (30).
5. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 4, naznačen time što spremnik (38) za skupljanje obrađenog i razrijeđenog organskog materijala ima najmanje jedan otvor (40) za vađenje navedenog materijala.
6. Uređaj u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što je uređaju pridružen spremnik (12) u koji je prethodno ubačen organski materijal koji treba biti obrađen i koji materijal se tada transportira uz pomoć vijka (14), koji vijak održava u pogonu jedinica s motorom i reduktorom (16), u navedeni ulazni otvor (18) kolone (30) i u navedeno cilindrično tijelo (20) koje je snabdjeveno s odgovarajućim otvorom.
