Claims (22)
1. Postupak za nadzor nad potrošnjom električne energije unutar mreže za distribuciju električne energije, te mreža za distribuciju električne energije opskrbljuje električnu energiju za geografsko područje, a mnoštvo električnih uređaja (208) je raspoređeno unutar navedenog geografskog područja, pri čemu se svaki od električnih uređaja (208) može spojiti na mrežu za distribuciju električne energije radi potrošnje električne energije koja se njom distribuira, čime se povećava neto količina potrošnje električne energije u navedenom geografskom području, i/ili se električna energija predaje u mrežu za distribuciju električne energije, čime se smanjuje neto količina potrošnje električne energije u navedenom geografskom području, naznačen time da se postupak sastoji od:
održavanja baze podataka o uređajima (606) koja sadrži informacije o profilu koje se odnose na navedene električne uređaje (208) u navedenom geografskom području;
identificiranja (802) budućeg vremenskog perioda tijekom kojeg se kontrolira potrošnja električne energije koja se dobavlja iz mreže za distribuciju električne energije;
odabira (804), na temelju navedenih informacija o profilu, većeg broja skupina navedenih električnih uređaja (208) smještenih unutar navedenog geografskog područja, te svaka navedena skupina sadrži mnoštvo navedenih električnih uređaja (208);
podjele (806) navedenog budućeg vremenskog perioda u mnoštvo vremenskih intervala, a svaki navedeni vremenski interval je vremenski interval navedenog budućeg vremenskog perioda tijekom kojeg se kontrolira neto potrošnja električne energije povezane skupine;
povezivanja (808) jednog ili više od većeg broja vremenskih intervala sa svakom odabranom skupinom, te jedan ili više vremenskih intervala povezanih sa određenom odabranom skupinom je različit od jednog ili više vremenskih intervala povezanih sa drugim odabranim skupinama; te
slanja (810) jednog ili više zahtjeva, za prijem na električnim uređajima (208) odabranih skupina, radi kontrole potrošnje električne energije i/ili koji daju električni uređaji (208), čime se smanjuje neto potrošnja električne energije u navedenom geografskom području, tijekom odgovarajućeg povezanog vremenskog intervala.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da, za barem jednu od odabranih skupina, jedan ili više zahtjeva rezultira sa smanjenjem potrošnje električne energije povezane sa navedenom barem jednom skupinom.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da, za barem jednu od odabranih skupina, jedan ili više zahtjeva rezultira sa povećanjem potrošnje električne energije povezane sa navedenom barem jednom skupinom.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da, u slučaju da je električni uređaj (208) predviđen za potrošnju električne energije, jedan ili više zahtjeva rezultira sa smanjenjem količine električne energije koja se troši sa električnim uređajem (208) iz navedene mreže za distribuciju električne energije tijekom odgovarajućeg vremenskog intervala, te u slučaju da je električni uređaj (208) predviđen za predavanje električne energije, jedan ili više zahtjeva rezultira sa povećanjem količine električne energije koju predaje električni uređaj (208) u mrežu za distribuciju električne energije tijekom odgovarajućeg vremenskog intervala.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da, u slučaju da je električni uređaj (208) predviđen za potrošnju električne energije, jedan ili više zahtjeva rezultira sa time da je električni uređaj (208) isključen iz navedene mreže za distribuciju električne energije tijekom odgovarajućeg vremenskog intervala, te u slučaju da je električni uređaj (208) predviđen za predavanje električne energije, jedan ili više zahtjeva rezultira sa time da se električni uređaj (208) spaja na mrežu za distribuciju električne energije tijekom odgovarajućeg vremenskog intervala.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da jedan ili više odabranih električnih uređaja (208) sadrži generator električne energije, te jedan ili više zahtjeva rezultira sa povećanjem generiranja električne energije od strane generatora električne energije.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da su odgovarajući jedan ili više vremenskih intervala predviđeni tako da za skupinu čija se neto potrošnja energije smanjuje variraju sekvencijalno kroz navedeni budući vremenski period.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da se informacija o profilu za odabrani navedeni električni uređaj (208) odnosi na dostupnost kontrole danog električnog uređaja, te se raspodjela odabranog električnog uređaja (208) provodi na temelju toga da li je odabrani električni uređaj (208) dostupan za kontrolu tijekom danog navedenog vremenskog intervala.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da informacija o profilu sadrži informaciju o povratu energije koja se odnosi na karakteristiku povrata energije barem nekih navedenih električnih uređaja (208), te se navedeni odabir većeg broja skupina provodi na temelju informacije o povratu energije.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da informacija o profilu sadrži informaciju o vlasništvu koja se odnosi na barem neke navedene električne uređaje (208), te se navedeni odabir većeg broja skupina provodi na temelju informacije o vlasništvu.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da informacija o profilu sadrži informaciju o radnoj karakteristici koja se odnosi na barem neke navedene električne uređaje (208), te se navedeni odabir većeg broja skupina provodi na temelju informacije o radnoj karakteristici.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da informacija o profilu sadrži naznaku da li je odabrani električni uređaj (208) predviđen da troši električnu energiju ili da li je odabrani električni uređaj (208) predviđen da predaje električnu energiju.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da informacija o profilu sadrži pokazatelje količine energije koji pokazuju količinu potrošnje energije i/ili količinu predane energije povezanu sa električnim uređajima (208), te se postupak sastoji od:
identifikacije neto količine potrošnje električne energije koja se treba smanjiti tijekom navedenog budućeg vremenskog perioda; te
raspodjele električnih uređaja (208) u skupine na temelju pokazatelja količine energije.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da informacija o profilu sadrži pokazatelje lokacije koji pokazuju lokaciju odabranog električnog uređaja (208), te se postupak sastoji od:
identifikacije (800) odabranog područja u kojem se treba kontrolirati potrošnja električne energije, a odabrano područje je područje navedenog geografskog područja koje se opskrbljuje iz mreže za distribuciju električne energije; te
odabira, na temelju navedenih pokazatelja lokacije, mnoštva navedenih skupina navedenih električnih uređaja (208) koji se nalaze unutar navedenog geografskog područja.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da se sastoji od održavanja baze podataka o uređajima (606) u kontrolnom čvoru (202), te navedena baza podataka o uređajima (606) sadrži identifikatore uređaja koji identificiraju električne uređaje (208) koji se nalaze u spomenutom određenom području.
16. Postupak prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time da sadrži:
korištenje identifikatora uređaja za nadzor, na kontrolnom čvoru (202), uzoraka potrošnje električne energije i/ili predaje za električne uređaje (208), radi sastavljanja statističkih podataka koji se odnose na uzorke potrošnje električne energije/predaje koji su povezani sa električnim uređajima (208);
pohranu statističkih podataka u bazu podataka o uređajima (606); te
raspodjelu električnih uređaja (208) u skupine na temelju statističkih podataka.
17. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 15 i zahtjevu 16, naznačen time da je kontrolni čvor (202) postavljen da komunicira sa središnjim čvorom (200), a središnji čvor (200) sadrži bazu podataka korisnika (406), te baza podataka korisnika (406) identificira korisnika povezanog sa svakim od električnih uređaja (208).
18. Postupak prema zahtjevu 17, naznačen time da je baza podataka o uređajima (606) predviđena da pohranjuje dodatne identifikatore, različite od navedenih identifikatora uređaja, te dodatni identifikatori svaki identificira odgovarajući električni uređaj (208), te baza podataka korisnika (406) sadrži navedene dodatne identifikatore.
19. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da je navedeno mnoštvo električnih uređaja (208) raspoređeno među mnoštvom prostora u navedenom geografskom području.
20. Kontrolni čvor (202) za nadzor nad potrošnjom električne energije unutar mreže za distribuciju električne energije, te mreža za distribuciju električne energije dovodi električnu energiju do geografskog područja, a mnoštvo električnih uređaja (208) raspoređeno je unutar navedenog geografskog područja, pri čemu se svaki od električnih uređaja (208) može povezati na mrežu za distribuciju električne energije radi potrošnje električne energije koja se njom distribuira, čime se povećava neto količina potrošnje električne energije u navedenom geografskom području, i/ili se električna energija predaje u mrežu za distribuciju električne energije, čime se smanjuje neto količinu potrošnje električne energije u navedenom geografskom području, te je kontrolni čvor (202) naznačen time da sadrži:
komunikacijska sredstva (608), te su komunikacijska sredstva (608) za slanje zahtjeva radi prijema na električne uređaje (208), te za komunikaciju sa središnjim čvorom (200), a središnji čvor (200) sadrži bazu podataka o uređajima (606) predviđenu za pohranu informacija o profilu koje se odnose na svaki od navedenih električnih uređaja (208);
sredstva za unos (610) predviđenih za primanje naznake za budući vremenski period tijekom kojeg se treba nadzirati potrošnja električne energije u mreži za distribuciju električne energije; te
sredstava za obradu (604) koja su previđena za:
odabir (804), na temelju navedenih informacija o profilu, mnoštvo skupina navedenih električnih uređaja (808), te svaka navedena skupina sadrži mnoštvo navedenih električnih uređaja;
podjelu (806) navedenog budućeg vremenskog perioda u mnoštvo vremenskih intervala, a svaki navedeni vremenski interval je vremenski interval navedenog budućeg vremenskog perioda tijekom kojeg se treba kontrolirati neto potrošnja električne energije povezane skupine;
povezivanje (808) jednog ili više od većeg broja vremenskih intervala sa svakom od odabranih skupina, te je jedan ili više vremenskih intervala povezan sa danom odabranom skupinom koja je različita od jednog ili više vremenskih intervala povezanih sa drugim odabranim skupinama; te
slanje (810) jednog ili više zahtjeva, putem komunikacijskih sredstava, radi prijema na električne uređaje (808) odabranih skupina, radi kontrole potrošnje električne energije i/ili opskrbe putem električnih uređaja (808), čime se smanjuje neto potrošnja električne energije u navedenom geografskom području, tijekom odgovarajućeg povezanog vremenskog intervala.
21. Sustav za nadzor nad potrošnjom električne energije unutar mreže za distribuciju električne energije, gdje mreža za distribuciju električne energije dovodi električnu energiju do geografskog područja, a mnoštvo električnih uređaja (208) raspodijeljeno je unutar navedenog geografskog područja, pri čemu se svaki od električnih uređaja (208) može spojiti na mrežu za distribuciju električne energije radi potrošnje električne energije koja se njom distribuira, čime se povećava neto količina potrošnje električne energije u navedenom geografskom području, i/ili se električna energija predaje u mrežu za distribuciju električne energije, čime se smanjuje neto količina potrošnje električne energije u navedenom geografskom području, te sustav sadrži:
mnoštvo kontrolnih čvorova (202) prema zahtjevu 20, svaki od kojih je povezan sa različitim područjem geografskog područja; te
navedeni središnji čvor (200).
22.
