Claims (16)
1. Postupak pripreme vodene suspenzije disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata koji daje poboljšana optička svojstva ovojnicama koje se od njega pripremaju, postupak obuhvaća korake:
a) pribavljanje vodene suspenzije disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata koja sadrži barem jedno sredstvo za disperziju, gdje vodena suspenzija ima sadržaj krutina između 65 i 80%tež, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu vodene suspenzije;
b) pribavljanje barem jednog alkalijskog karbonata i/ili alkalijskog hidrogenkarbonata, gdje se alkalijski ion odabire između kalija i/ili natrija;
c) razrjeđivanje te vodene suspenzije disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata vodom; i
d) prije i/ili tijekom i/ili nakon koraka c), dovođenje te vodene suspenzije disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata u doticaj s tim barem jednim alkalijskim karbonatom i/ili alkalijskim hidrogenkarbonatom, gdje se taj barem jedan alkalijski karbonat i/ili alkalijski hidrogenkarbonat dodaje u količini između 0.025%tež i 2tež%, u odnosu na suhu težinu kalcijevog karbonata u suspenziji iz koraka a),
gdje vodena suspenzija disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata nakon koraka d) ima pH vrijednost u rasponu 7.5 do 12.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što vodena suspenzija disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata iz koraka a) ima sadržaj krutina između 68%tež i 78%tež i najpoželjnije između 70%tež i 78%tež, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu vodene suspenzije disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata iz koraka a).
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se barem jedan alkalijski karbonat i/ili hidrogenkarbonat odabire iz skupine koju čine natrijev karbonat, kalijev karbonat, natrijev hidrogenkarbonat, kalijev hidrogenkarbonat njihove mješavine.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što barem jedan alkalijski karbonat i/ili hidrogenkarbonat jest natrijev karbonat i/ili kalijev karbonat.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se barem jedan alkalijski karbonat i/ili hidrogenkarbonat dodaje u količini između 0.05%tež i 1%tež i najpoželjnije između 0.1%tež i 0.5%tež, u odnosu na suhu težinu kalcijevog karbonata u suspenziji iz koraka a).
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se vodena suspenzija disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata prvo razrjeđuje (korak c)) i zatim dovodi u doticaj s barem jednim alkalijskim karbonatom i/ili hidrogenkarbonatom (korak d)).
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se vodena suspenzija disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata istodobno razrjeđuje (korak c)) i dovodi u doticaj s barem jednim alkalijskim karbonatom i/ili hidrogenkarbonatom (korak d)).
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se vodena suspenzija disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata razrjeđuje (korak c)) odmah nakon dovođenja u doticaj s barem jednim alkalijskim karbonatom i/ili hidrogenkarbonatom (korak d)), poželjno za manje od 45 min nakon potpunog dodavanja barem jednog alkalijskog karbonata i/ili hidrogenkarbonata.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se vodena suspenzija disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata razrjeđuje u jednom ili više dijelova i barem jedan alkalijski karbonat i/ili hidrogenkarbonat se dodaje u jednom ili više dijelova.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što vodena suspenzija disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata obuhvaća barem jedno sredstvo za disperziju, to barem jedno sredstvo za disperziju odabire se iz skupine koju čine organsko sredstvo za disperziju, anorgansko sredstvo za disperziju i njihove mješavine.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što organsko sredstvo za disperziju obuhvaća akrilni polimer, vinil polimer, akrilni i/ili vinil kopolimer i anorgansko sredstvo za disperziju obuhvaća mono-, di i/ili trinatrijev ortofosfat, natrijev tripolifosfat i/ili natrijev polifosfat.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačen time što su kisela mjesta barem jednog organskog sredstva za disperziju djelomično ili potpuno neutralizirana natrijem.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što se vodena suspenzija disperziranog kalcijevog karbonata iz koraka a) dobiva koncentriranjem vodene suspenzije kalcijevog karbonata.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što se sredstvo za disperziju dodaje prije koraka koncentriranja.
15. Postupak prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što se sredstvo za disperziju dodaje nakon koraka koncentriranja.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 13 do 15, naznačen time što se kalcijev karbonat u vodenoj suspenziji melje prije koraka koncentriranja.
