Claims (17)
1. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari, naznačena time, što sadrži korake:
a) najmanje jednu mineralnu tvar učiniti dostupnom,
b) pripremiti vodenu suspenziju koja sadrži najmanje mineralnu tvar iz koraka a),
c) samljeti mineral u vodenoj suspenziji iz koraka b),
d) i, opciono, selekcionirati i/ili koncentrirati vodenu suspenziju iz koraka c) prije dispeziranja dobijenog koncentrata,
koji se karakterizira time što se najmanje jedan amin i jedan vinil-karboksilni polimer potpuno neutraliziran neutralizujućim sredstvom različitim od amina, dodaju između koraka a) i/ili b) i/ili c) ili tokom koraka c) ili poslije koraka c) tokom ili poslije disperziranja dobijenog koncentrata.
2. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, što odnos masa amin:vinil-karboksilni polimer iznosi između 0.05:1 i 0.35:1, poželjno između 0.10:1 i 0.25:1.
3. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačena time, što se amin bira između dimetilamina, monoetanolamina, dietanolamina, trietanolamina, N-metiletanolamina, 2-amino-2-metil-1-propanola, triizopropanolamina, 2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10-oktahidropirimido[1,2- a]azepina (DBU; CAS No. = 6674-22-2), 2,2-diazabiciklo[2.2 .2]oktana (DABCO; CAS No. = 280-57-9).
4. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačena time, što amin ima formulu (I):
NR1R2R3(I)
gdje su R1,R2 , R3 isti ili različiti, odabrani između:
- linearnog ili razgranatog alkil- ili oksialkil-radikala sa 1 do 12 ugljikovih atoma,
- cikloalkil-radikala sa 3 do 12 ugljikovih atoma,
- linearnog hidroksialkil-radikala sa 1 do 6 ugljikovih atoma,
uz uvjet da:
- najviše jedna od grupa R2 ili R3 bude vodik,
- najmanje jedna od grupa R1, R2, R3 sadrži OH grupu,
- najmanje jedna od grupa R1, R2, R3 uključuje najmanje jednu granu na poziciji α u odnosu na atom dušika.
5. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema zahtjevu 4, naznačena time, što je u formuli (I) R1 vodik, R2 i R3 su isti ili različiti, odabrani između:
- linearnog ili razgranatog alkil- ili oksialkil-radikala sa 1 do 12 ugljikovih atoma,
- cikloalkil radikala sa 3 do 12 ugljikovih atoma,
- linearnog hidroksialkil-radikala sa 1 do 6 ugljikovih atoma,
uz uvjet da:
- najviše jedna od grupa R2 ili R3 sadrži OH grupu,
- najmanje jedna od grupa R2 ili R3 uključuje najmanje jednu granu na poziciji α u odnosu na atom dušika.
6. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema zahtjevu 4, naznačena time, što u formuli (I) svaki alkil- ili cikloalkil- ili oskialkil-radikal sadrži od 3 do 10, poželjno od 3 do 8 ugljikovih atoma.
7. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema zahtjevu 4, naznačena time, što u formuli (I), jedan ili više radikala koji nose OH grupu imaju 2 ili 3, poželjno 2 ugljikova atoma.
8. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema zahtjevu 4, naznačena time, što je u formuli (I), R1 vodik, R2 i R3 su identični ili različiti, odabrani između:
- linearnog ili razgranatog alkil- ili oksialkil-radikala sa 3 do 8 ugljikovih atoma,
- cikloalkil-radikala sa 6 do 10 ugljikovih atoma,
- linearnog hidroksialkil-radikala sa 2 do 3, poželjno 2 ugljikova atoma,
uz uvjet da:
- najmanje jedna od grupa R2 ili R3 sadrži OH grupu,
- najmanje jedna od grupa R2 ili R3 uključuje najmanje jednu granu na poziciji α u odnosu na atom dušika.
9. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema jednom od zahtjeva 4 do 8, naznačena time, što se amin bira između:
- N-(1-metilpropil)-N-(2-hidroksietilamina),
- N-(1,3-dimetilbutil)-N-(2-hidroksietilamina),
- N-(1-etil-3-metilpentil)-N-(2-hidroksietilamina),
- N-(3,3 ',5-trimetilcikloheksil)-N-(2-hidroksietilamina),
- N-(4-hidroksicikloheksil)-N-(2-hidroksietilamina).
10. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačena time, što je vinil karboksilni polimer potpuno neutraliziran najmanje jednim neutralizirajućim sredstvom koje se bira između kalcijeva-, magnezijeva-hidroksida i/ili oksida, ili između natrijeva-, kalijeva-, litijeva- hidroksida i njihovih mješavina.
11. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time, što je spomenuti vinil-karboksilni polimer homopolimer akrilne kiseline ili kopolimer akrilne kiseline i drugog monomera.
12. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačena time, što se za kopolimer akrilne kiseline i drugog monomera, ovaj drugi monomer bira između metakrilne kiseline, maleinskog anhidrida, 2-akrilamido-2-metil-propansulfonske kiseline, fosfornih estera (met) akrilata alkilen-glikola i neonskih monomera formule (II):

gdje su m, n, p i q cijeli brojevi i m, n, p su manji od 150, q je veći od 0 i najmanje jedan cijeli broj m, n i p nije 0, R je radikal sa polimerizabilnom nesaturiranom funkcionalnom grupom, R1 i R2 su identični ili različiti i predstavljaju vodikove atome ili alkil-grupe, R' predstavlja vodik ili ugljikovodični radikal sa 1 do 40 ugljikovih atoma ili ionsku ili ionizabilnu grupu.
13. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačena time, što spomenuta vodena suspenzija poslije disperziranja i/ili mljevenja ima sadržaj čvrste supstance izražen kao postotak suhe težine mineralne tvari prema ukupnoj težini, između 10% i 82%, poželjno između 50% i 81%, najpoželjnije između 65% i 78%.
14. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačena time, što spomenuta vodena suspenzija ima sadržaj suhe težine vinil-karboksilnog polimera, prema ukupnoj suhoj težini mineralne tvari, između 0.01% i 5.00%, poželjno između 0.01% i 2.00%, i najpoželjnije između 0.05% i 1.00%.
15. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačena time, što se mineralna materija bira između prirodnog kalcijeva-karbonata, sintetskog ili precipitiranog kalcijeva-karbonata, talka, kaolina, i njihovih mješavina, poželjno između prirodnog, sintetskog ili precipitiranog kalcijeva-karbonata i njihovih mješavina, i poželjno je prirodni kalcijev-karbonat.
16. Metoda za pripremanje vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačena time, što se prirodni kalcijev-karbonat bira između krečnjaka, mramora, kalcita, krede, dolomita i njihovih mješavina.
17. Uporaba vodene suspenzije mineralne tvari dobijene u jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 16, naznačena time, što se koristi u području papira, kao potporna supstanca i papirna obloga, i u području boja i plastike.
