Claims (5)
1. Uređaj za zagrijavanje kalupa za zagrijavanje kalupa za gumu (M), u koji se smješta nevulkanizirana guma (T), koji obuhvaća:
par prstenastih članova (11, 12) koji su jedan nasuprot drugoga duž specifičnog smjera i kroz prostor, u kojem je raspoloživ kalup za gumu (M), i ima prstenasti oblik na ravninama okomitim na specifični smjer;
ne-magnetske članove (13);
feromagnetski ne-provodljivi član (14) na površini svakog od ne-magnetskih članova (13); i
zavojnicu (15);
naznačeno time
što su ne-magnetski članovi (13) raspoređeni u intervalima na više položaja koji se nalaze u obodnom smjeru prstenastih članova (11, 12), i oba prstenasta člana (11, 12) su međusobno spojena;
što je površina svakog od ne-magnetskih članova (13) okrenuta prema središnjoj osnoj strani prstenastih članova (11, 12); i
što je zavojnica (15) podržana s više ne-magnetskih članova (13) preko feromagnetskih ne-provodljivih članova (14) tako da okružuju prostor, u kojem se nalazi kalup za gumu (M), od vanjske strane smjera koji je okomit na specifični smjer.
2. Uređaj za zagrijavanje kalupa prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je zavojnica (15) konstruirana žicom omotanom oko osi koja je paralelna sa specifičnim smjerom, i interval između međusobno susjednih žica je širi u srednjem dijelu duž specifičnog smjera nego u oba krajnja područja duž specifičnog smjera.
3. Uređaj za zagrijavanje kalupa prema zahtjevu 2, gdje je ta zavojnica (15) smještena samo u oba krajnja područja duž specifičnog smjera.
4. Uređaj za zagrijavanje kalupa prema zahtjevu 1, dalje obuhvaća:
materijal za toplinsku izolaciju (21) tako da prostor, u kojem se nalazi kalup za gumu (M), pokriva s bočne strane; i
držač (24) formiran od nemetalnog materijala, koji se nalazi unutar zavojnice (15) i fiksiran je za ne-magnetski član tako da se zavojnica (15) drži između držača (24) i ne-magnetskog člana (13).
5. Uređaj za zagrijavanje kalupa prema zahtjevu 4, gdje materijal za toplinsku izolaciju (21) ima cjevasti oblik koji pokriva cijeli obod kalupa za gumu (M).
