Claims (13)
1. Izmjenjivač-reaktor naznačen time da se sastoji od omotača (1) cilindričnog oblika koji je zatvoren sa gornjom kupolom (2) i donjom podnicom (3), te je sklop omotača, donje podnice i gornje kupole premazan sa vatrostalnim izolacijskim premazom, navedeni omotač (1) sadrži mnoštvo paralelnih bajunet cijevi (4) sa u osnovi okomitom osi koja se pruža od donjeg dijela omotača (1) prema gornjoj kupoli (2), unutar koje se giba reakcijski fluid, svaka bajunet cijev (4) je okružena cijelom svojom duljinom sa dimnjakom (10), ulaz i izlaz svake bajunet cijevi je izvan reaktora, izvan gornje kupole (2), te se vrući plinovi stvaraju izvan reaktora i uvode u omotač (1) kroz otvor (F) smješten u donjoj podnici (3), te zatim ulaze u dimnjake (10) kroz dovodne otvore (23) probušene na stjenci navedenih dimnjaka, te napuštaju navedene dimnjake (10) kroz izlazne otvore (21) koji su predviđeni u gornjem dijelu svakog dimnjaka, navedeni vrući plinovi izlaze iz izmjenjivača-reaktora kroz bočni otvor (G), te svaka bajunet cijev (4) i dimnjak (10) koji je okružuje visi sa gornje kupole (2) navedenog izmjenjivača-reaktora.
2. Izmjenjivač-reaktor prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je svaka bajunet cijev (4) i dimnjak (10) koji je okružuje učvršćeni za gornju kupolu (2) pomoću sustava prirubnica (30, 31, 32).
3. Izmjenjivač-reaktor prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je razmak između svake bajunet cijevi (4), ili udaljenost od središta do središta, u rasponu od 2 do 5 puta unutarnji promjer vanjske cijevi (6).
4. Izmjenjivač-reaktor prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da je svaki dimnjak (10) podijeljen na gornji metalni dio i donji dio oblikovan od keramike.
5. Izmjenjivač-reaktor prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da je kupola (14) izvedena od vatrostalne opeke koja prekriva cijeli dio izmjenjivača-reaktora, te je smještena na spoju između keramičkog dijela i metalnog dijela dimnjaka (10), što omogućava prolaz navedenih dimnjaka.
6. Izmjenjivač-reaktor prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da je brtvena ploča (12) smještena u gornjem dijelu izmjenjivača-reaktora, te je učvršćena na dimnjake (10).
7. Izmjenjivač-reaktor prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da su dimnjaci (10) u njihovom donjem dijelu predviđeni sa ulaznim otvorima (23) smještenim ispod razine kupole (14), te u njihovom gornjem dijelu sa izlaznim otvorima (21) smještenim iznad razine brtvene ploče (12).
8. Izmjenjivač-reaktor prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da je gustoća bajunet cijevi u rasponu od 2 do 12 cijevi po m2 reaktorskog dijela.
9. Izmjenjivač-reaktor prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da brtvena ploča (12) ima određeni broj pregiba (13) kako bi se omogućila toplinska ekspanzija.
10. Postupak za dobivanje pare pomoću frakcija ugljikovodika korištenjem izmjenjivača-reaktora prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da se fluid za prijenos topline sastoji od izgorenih dimnih plinova, te se sagorijevanje provodi izvan izmjenjivača-reaktora korištenjem goriva koje čine frakcije ugljikovodika koje sadrže u rasponu od 1 do 20 atoma ugljika.
11. Postupak za dobivanje pare pomoću frakcija ugljikovodika korištenjem izmjenjivača-reaktora prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da je apsolutni pritisak unutar kupole u rasponu od 1 do 10 bara, a apsolutni pritisak unutar bajunet cijevi je u rasponu od 25 do 100 bara.
12. Postupak za dobivanje pare pomoću frakcija ugljikovodika korištenjem izmjenjivača-reaktora prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da je brzina strujanja vrućih plinovi unutar dimnjaka (10) u rasponu od 40 m/s do 75 m/s, a poželjno u rasponu od 50 do 70 m/s.
13. Postupak za sklapanje izmjenjivača-reaktora prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se sastoji od slijedećih osnovnih koraka:
1) transporta cjelokupnog reaktora, tj. omotača + gornje kupole + gornje kupole + sidrišta za izolaciju;
2) transporta gotovih sklopljenih bajunet cijevi (4);
3) proizvodnje donje kupole (14) od opeke;
4) postavljanja toplinske izolacije na sklop unutarnje stjenke omotača (1), gornje kupole (2) i dna podnice (3);
5) proizvodnje brtvene ploče (12), uz ostavljanje otvorenih prolaza za dimnjake (10);
6) postavljanja donjih keramičkih dijelova dimnjaka (10);
7) sklapanja gornjih metalnih dijelova dimnjaka (10) od vrha, uz zahvaćanje donjeg kraja unutar keramičkog dijela koji je već postavljen, te postavljanja brtvene ploče (12);
8) uvođenja bajunet cijevi (4) u dimnjake (10) i učvršćivanja navedenih cijevi (4) i (10) na gornju kupolu (2);
9) instaliranja povezujućeg kolektora (A) i (S);
10) punjenja katalizatora u unutrašnjost bajunet cijevi (4).
