Claims (16)
1. Slavina (8) za tekućine, osobito gazirane tekućine, kao što je pivo ili bezalkoholna pića, obuhvaća tijelo slavine (14), ventil (9) koji se nalazi u tijelu slavine(14) iz kojeg se može i izvaditi te ručku (20) za otvaranje i zatvaranje slavine (8), gdje ventil (9) obuhvaća prvi dio (22) spojen za ili koji će se spojiti za tijelo slavine (14) i drugi dio (27) spojen za prvi dio (22) i operativno spojen za ili se može spojiti za ručku (20), prvi i drugi dijelovi (22, 27) se mogu rotirati i/ili pomicati u međusobnom odnosu između barem otvorenog i zatvorenog položaja, naznačeno time što je zaštitna kapa (34) spojena za ventil (9), ta kapa (34) sprječava da se ventil (9) zatvori i može se maknuti tek nakon instalacije ventila (9) u tijelu slavine (14).
2. Slavina (8) prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se zaštitna kapa (34) može maknuti samo nakon zatvaranja ventila (9) pomoću ručke (20).
3. Slavina (8) prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, gdje zaštitna kapa (34) obuhvaća izbočenje (36) koje zaključava zaštitnu kapu (34) za ventil (9) i koje, tijekom instalacije ventila (9), stupa u interakciju s tijelom slavine (14) da otpusti ventil (9).
4. Slavina (8) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje zaštitna kapa (34) obuhvaća izbočenje (37) koje zaključava zaštitnu kapu (34) za ventil (9) i koje, nakon zatvaranja ventila (9) ručkom (20), stupa u interakciju s tijelom slavine (14) ili ručkom (20) da otpusti ventil (9).
5. Slavina (8) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje prvi i drugi dijelovi (22, 27) ventila (9) obuhvaćaju prolazne kanale (24, 32) koji su pravilno poredani kada je ventil (9) otvoren i koji imaju poprečni presjek koji barem u biti odgovara oblikom poprečnom presjeku lumena fleksibilne cijevi (12) i koji imaju područje poprečnog presjeka od barem 80% područja poprečnog presjeka tog lumena.
6. Slavina (8) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje prvi dio (22) ventila (9) obuhvaća cijev za dopremu tekućine (10) i barem jedan dio koji strši (23) ili urez i nizvodni dio tijela slavine (14) obuhvaća otvor (15) za smještaj dopremne cijevi (10) i barem jedan urez (16), odnosno dio koji strši, za primanje dijela(ova) koji strši (23) ili ureza na prvi dio (22) ventila (9) čime se fiksira ovaj prvi dio (22) u odnosu na tijelo slavine (14) u tangencijalnom smjeru, uz to da se istovremeno omogućava aksijalno pokretanje ventila (9).
7. Slavina (8) prema zahtjevu 6, gdje prvi dio (22) ventila (9) obuhvaća više ključeva (23) i otvor (15) obuhvaća više odgovarajućih utora (16).
8. Slavina (8) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje drugi dio (27) ventila (9) obuhvaća, barem oko dijela svojeg oboda, zupce (31) i ručka (20) obuhvaća ili je spojena za zupčanik (21A) koji se isprepliće sa zupcima (31), tako da rotacija zupčanika (21A) za rezultat daje rotaciju prvih i drugih dijelova (22, 27) ventila (9) u međusobnom odnosu.
9. Slavina (8) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje tijelu slavine (14) nedostaju elementi, kao vrata ili dijelovi sa šarkama, namijenjeni za dobivanje pristupa unutrašnjosti tijela slavine (14) za smještaj ventila (9).
10. Ventil (9) za uporabu u slavini (8) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji obuhvaća prvi dio (22) za spajanje za tijelo slavine (14) te slavine i drugi dio (27) spojen za prvi dio (22) i operativno spojen ili koji će se spojiti za ručku (20), prvi i drugi dijelovi (22, 27) se mogu rotirati i/ili pomicati u međusobnom odnosu između barem otvorenog i zatvorenog položaja, naznačen time što se zaštitna kapa (34) koja sprječava da ventil (9) bude zatvoren može maknuti samo nakon instalacije ventila (9) u tijelu slavine (14).
11. Ventil (9) prema zahtjevu 10, gdje se zaštitna kapa (34) može maknuti samo nakon zatvaranja ventila (9).
12. Ventil (9) prema zahtjevu 10 ili 11, gdje zaštitna kapa (34) obuhvaća izbočenje (36) koje zaključava zaštitnu kapu (34) za ventil (9) i koje, tijekom instalacije ventila (9), stupa u interakciju s tijelom slavine (14) da otpusti ventil (9).
13. Slavina (8) ili ventil (9) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji obuhvaća elastičnu npr. gumenu brtvu (33) smještenu između prvih i drugih dijelova (22, 27) i koja, kada je ventil (9) otvoren, omogućuje barem u biti nepropustan kanal (24, 32) kroz prve i druge dijelove (22, 27).
14. Postupak postavljanja ventila (9) i fleksibilne cijevi (12) u sustav za primjenu (1) koji obuhvaća stupac (7) u kojem je slavina (8) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do obuhvaća korake postavljanja ručke (20) u položaj koji odgovara otvorenom položaju ventila (9), guranje ventila (9) i fleksibilne cijevi (12) kroz stupac (7), umetanje ventila (9) u tijelo slavine (14), i uklanjanje zaštitne kape (34).
15. Postupak uklanjanja ventila (9) i fleksibilne cijevi (12) iz sustava za primjenu (1) koji obuhvaća stupac (7) u kojem je slavina (8) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do obuhvaća korake postavljanja ručke (20) u položaj koji odgovara otvorenom položaju ventila (9), uvođenje tekućine pod tlakom nižim od atmosferskog, tako izvlačeći tekućinu iz ventila (9) i barem nizvodnog dijela fleksibilne cijevi (12), izvlačenje ventila (9) i fleksibilne cijevi (12) iz slavine (8) i stupca (7).
16. Sklop koji obuhvaća slavinu (8) ili ventil (9) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-13, i fleksibilnu cijev za dopremu tekućine (12) gdje je ventil (9) spojen za tu fleksibilnu cijev za dopremu tekućine (12) na jednom kraju i ima cijev za izvor tekućine (10) na drugom kraju.
