Abstract
Materijal koji sadrži lignocelulozu i koji se dobija tretiranjem lignoceluloznih čestica A sa vezivom B, pri čemu vezivo B sadrži slijedeće komponente: vodenu komponentu (I) koja sadrži (i) polimer A koji se sastoji od slijedećih monomera: a) od 80 do 100 tež. % najmanje jedne etilenske nezasićene mono- i/ili dikarboksilne kiseline (monomer, odnosno monomeri A1) i b) od 0 do 20 tež. % najmanje jednog drugog etilenskog nezasićenog monomera koji se razlikuje od monomera A1 (monomer, odnosno monomeri A2) i eventualno (ii) agens za umrežavanje male molekularne težine koji ima najmanje dvije funkcionalne grupe koje su izabrane iz grupe koja se sastoji od slijedećih: hidroksi, karboksilna kiselina i njeni derivati, primarna, sekundarna i tercijarna amino, epoksi i komponentu (II) kao vodenu disperziju koja sadrži jedan ili više polimera M koji se sastoje od slijedećih monomera: a) od 0 do 50 tež. % najmanje jednog etilenskog nezasićenog monomera koji sadrži najmanje jednu epoksid i/ili najmanje jednu hidroksialkil grupu (monomer, odnosno monomeri M1), i b) od 50 do 100 tež. % najmanje jednog drugog etilenskog nezasićenog monomera koji se razlikuje od monomera M1 (monomer, odnosno monomeri M2) i eventualno, uobičajene aditive kao komponentu (III). Patent sadrži još 10 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (11)
1. Materijal koji sadrži lignocelulozu i koji se dobija tretiranjem lignoceluloznih čestica A sa vezivom B, pri čemu vezivo B sadrži slijedeće komponente:
vodenu komponentu (I) koja sadrži
(i) polimer A koji se sastoji od slijedećih monomera:
a) od 80 do 100 tež. % najmanje jedne etilenske nezasićene mono- i/ili dikarboksilne kiseline (monomer, odnosno monomeri A1) i
b) od 0 do 20 tež. % najmanje jednog drugog etilenskog nezasićenog monomera koji se razlikuje od monomera A1 (monomer, odnosno monomeri A2)
i eventualno
(ii) agens za umrežavanje male molekularne težine koji ima najmanje dvije funkcionalne grupe koje su izabrane iz grupe koja se sastoji od slijedećih: hidroksi, karboksilna kiselina i njeni derivati, primarna, sekundarna i tercijarna amino, epoksi
i komponentu (II) kao vodenu disperziju koja sadrži jedan ili više polimera M koji se sastoje od slijedećih monomera:
a) od 0 do 50 tež. % najmanje jednog etilenskog nezasićenog monomera koji sadrži najmanje jednu epoksid i/ili najmanje jednu hidroksialkil grupu (monomer, odnosno monomeri M1), i
b) od 50 do 100 tež. % najmanje jednog drugog etilenskog nezasićenog monomera koji se razlikuje od monomera M1 (monomer, odnosno monomeri M2)
i eventualno, uobičajene aditive kao komponentu (III).
2. Materijal koji sadrži lignocelulozu, prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su lignocelulozne čestice A od drveta.
3. Materijal koji sadrži lignocelulozu, prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu je težinski odnos polimera A: polimera M u granicama od 1:10 do 10:1.
4. Oblikovani proizvod koji sadrži materijal koji sadrži lignocelulozu, a koji je definiran u zahtjevima 1 do 3.
5. Oblikovani proizvod prema zahtjevu 4, u obliku ploče.
6. Oblikovani proizvod prema zahtjevu 5, pri čemu je ploča iverica, ploča vlaknatica ili OSB (oriented strand board) ploča.
7. Postupak za dobijanje materijala koji sadrži lignocelulozu koji je definiran u zahtjevima 1 do 3, prema kojem se lignocelulozne čestice A dovode u kontakt sa vezivom B.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, pri čemu se dovođenje u kontakt vrši raspršivanjem B na A.
9. Postupak za dobijanje oblikovanih proizvoda koji su definirani u zahtjevima 4 do 6 prešanjem materijala koji sadrži lignocelulozu koji je definiran u zahtjevima 1 do 3 i podesnim oblikovanjem.
10. Primjena materijala koji sadrži lignocelulozu koji je definiran u zahtjevima 1 do 3 za izradu oblikovanih proizvoda.
11. Primjena oblikovanih proizvoda koji su definirani u zahtjevima 4 do 6 za izradu dijelova namještaja i ambalažnih materijala, za gradnju kuća ili za opremanje interijera ili u motornim vozilima.
