Abstract

Poklopac (5) sa središnjim dijelom (6) poklopca i sa steznim žlijebom (7) sa strane koji je oblikovan između vanjskog zida žlijeba (8) i unutarnjeg (9) zida žlijeba kako bi bio pritegnut na kuglasti obod (4) posude u obliku šalice (1), pri čemu je postignuto suženje (10) barem na perifernom dijelu vanjskog zida žlijeba (8). suženje (10) formira izbocinu (14) u unutrašnjost žlijeba (7), ova izbočina (14) obuhvaća ispupčeni vrh (15), gornji zid (16) i donji zid (17), ispupčeni vrh (15) definira horizontalnu ravninu (H), pri čemu je kut (γ) kojeg tvore horizontalna ravnina (H) i tangencijalna ravnina (T16) pri kraju gornjeg zida (16) koji graniči s ispupčenim vrhom (15) manji od kuta (θ) koji je formiran između horizontalne ravnine (H) i tangencijalne ravnine (T17) u odnosu na kraj donjeg zida (17) koji graniči s ispupčenim vrhom (15), naznačen time, da se iznos tog kuta (γ) kreće između 0° do 20°.Patent sadrži još 14 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (15)

1. Poklopac (5) sa središnjim dijelom (6) poklopca i sa steznim žlijebom (7) sa strane koji je oblikovan između vanjskog zida žlijeba (8) i unutarnjeg (9) zida žlijeba kako bi bio pritegnut na kuglasti obod (4) posude u obliku šalice (1), pri čemu je postignuto suženje (10) barem na perifernom dijelu vanjskog zida žlijeba (8). suženje (10) formira izbocinu (14) u unutrašnjost žlijeba (7), ova izbočina (14) obuhvaća ispupčeni vrh (15), gornji zid (16) i donji zid (17), ispupčeni vrh (15) definira horizontalnu ravninu (H), pri čemu je kut (γ) kojeg tvore horizontalna ravnina (H) i tangencijalna ravnina (T16) pri kraju gornjeg zida (16) koji graniči s ispupčenim vrhom (15) manji od kuta (θ) koji je formiran između horizontalne ravnine (H) i tangencijalne ravnine (T17) u odnosu na kraj donjeg zida (17) koji graniči s ispupčenim vrhom (15), naznačen time, da se iznos tog kuta (γ) kreće između 0° do 20°.
2. Poklopac prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je kut (γ) za 10° do 35° manji od kuta (θ).
3. Poklopac prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da se iznos kuta (θ) kreće između 20° do 45°.
4. Poklopac prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da gornji zid (16) ima zakrivljeni presjek i konkavan je prema unutrašnjosti spomenutog steznog žlijeba (7).
5. Poklopac prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da donji zid (17) ima ravan presjek.
6. Poklopac prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da spomenuti stezni žlijeb (7) ima dubinu (G) koja je definirana razmakom od njegovog vrha (18) do ispupčenog vrha (15), koja je veća od odgovarajuće visine kuglastog oboda (4) posude u obliku šalice (1).
7. Poklopac prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da razmak (d) između ispupčenog vrha (15) i unutarnjeg zida žlijeba (9) iznosi između polovice i dvije trećine širine (W) steznog žlijeba (7) na njegovom najširem dijelu iznad izbočine (14).
8. Poklopac prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da unutarnji zid (9) ima iznos visine (h9) koji je veći nego iznos dubine (G) steznog žlijeba (7).
9. Poklopac prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da unutarnji zid (9) ima iznos visine (h9) koji je jednak ili veći nego visina (h8) vanjskog zida žlijeba (8).
10. Poklopac prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su suženja (10) ostvarena na ravnomjernim razmacima na vanjskom zidu žlijeba (8).
11. Poklopac prema jednom od 1 do 10 patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je spomenuto suženje (10) ostvareno na ukupnom obodu poklopca (5).
12. Poklopac prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je materijal poklopca (5) mješavina iz barem prvog plastičnog materijala i drugog plastičnog materijala, pri čemu prvi materijal ima veću krutost nego drugi materijal, i da prvi materijal u mješavini sudjeluje u postotku 30 - 50 %, dok drugi materijal sudjeluje u mješavini s postotkom 50 – 70 %.
13. Poklopac prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su oba navedena, prvi kao i drugi, plastična materijala polistireni, i time daje prvi plastični materijal polistirEn opće namjene (GPPS) i time da je drugi materijal polistiren visokog djelovanja (HIPS).
14. Poklopac prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je poklopac (5) dobiven dubokim vučenjem i/ili termičkim oblikovanjem trake ili folije, pri čemu folija prije vučenja ima početnu debljinu 0,24 - 0,36 mm, po mogućnosti 0,27 - 0,33 mm. i da spomenuti poklopac (5) ima prosječnu debljinu između 0,17 i 0,23 mm.
15. Poklopac prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da navedeni unutarnji zid (9) ima koničnost koja odgovara +/- 2° koničnosti spomenutog zida posude (3) i lime da. kad je poklopac (5) u pritegnutom stanju na navedenu posudu (1), razmak (S9) između vanjske strane unutarnjih zidova žlijeba (9) uzduž centralnog dijela poklopca (6) na određenoj visinskoj poziciji, je 1/1000 do 8/1000 veći od razmaka (S3) između unutarnje strane zida posude (3) na istoj visinskoj poziciji na horizontalnoj ravnini (H) koja je definirana ispupčenim vrhom (15) ili u graničnim područjima iznad ili ispod ravnine (H), po mogućnosti 2/1000 do 5/1000 veći.
