Abstract

Postupak proizvodnje spiralnih cijevi pregrijača i njihovih spojnih cijevi, kao i postupak njihove montaže unutar cijevnih stijena parogeneratora (6), gdje se spiralne cijevi (1) sastoje barem od ravnih elemenata cijevi (2) i savijenih elemenata cijevi (3), dok su spojne cijevi (4) izvedene barem sa po jednom čahurom (5) na vanjskoj strani spojne cijevi, gdje postupak proizvodnje obuhvaća slijedeće radne operacije, a) Tvornička priprema ravnih cijevi (2), cijevi predviđenih za savijanje (3) i cijevi predviđenih za spojne cijevi (4), izrađenih od legura nikla zakaljenih disperzijskim kaljenjem i u difuzijski odžarenom stanju, kao i čahura (5) izrađenih od materijala koji se toplinske ne obrađuje, b) Tvornička izrada savijenih elemenata cijevi (3) i spojnih cijevi (4) pomoću alata za savijanje, c) Tvorničko disperzijsko kaljenje ravnih elemenata cijevi (2), savijenih elemenata cijevi (3) i spojnih cijevi (4), u prvom grijaču, d) Tvornička izrada pojedinačnih spiralnih cijevi (1), spajanjem ravnih elemenata cijevi (2) i savijenih elemenata cijevi (3) pomoću zavarenih šavova (9), kao i spajanje čahura (5) sa spojnim cijevima (4) u području prolaza (8) spojnih cijevi (4) kroz cijevnu stijenu parogeneratora (6), pomoću zavarenih šavova (10), e) Tvorničko disperzijsko kaljenje zavarenih šavova (9, 10) između ravnih elemenata cijevi (2) i savijenih elemenata cijevi (3), kao i između čahura (5) i spojnih cijevi (4), pomoću lokalno na zavarenim šavovima (9, 10) postavljenog drugog grijača (14), f) Montažno spajanje spiralnih cijevi (1) sa spojnim cijevima (4) pomoću zavarenog šava (11), unutar cijevne stijene parogeneratora (6), kao i spajanje čahura (5) s prihvatnim elementima (7, 15) od materijala koji se toplinski ne obrađuju, pomoću zavarenog šava (12), izvedenim u cijevnim stijenama (6) parogeneratora, ig) Montažno disperzijsko kaljenje zavarenih šavova (11), pomoću drugog grijača lokalno postavljenog na zavarene šavove (11). Patent sadrži još 9 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (10)

1. Postupak proizvodnje spiralnih cijevi pregrijača i njihovih spojnih cijevi, kao i postupak njihove montaže unutar cijevnih stijena parogeneratora (6), gdje se spiralne cijevi (1) sastoje barem od ravnih elemenata cijevi (2) i savijenih elemenata cijevi (3), dok su spojne cijevi (4) izvedene barem sa po jednom čahurom (5) na vanjskoj strani spojne cijevi, gdje postupak proizvodnje obuhvaća slijedeće radne operacije, a) Tvornička priprema ravnih cijevi (2), cijevi predviđenih za savijanje (3) i cijevi predviđenih za spojne cijevi (4), izrađenih od legura nikla zakaljenih disperzijskim kaljenjem i u difuzijski odžarenom stanju, kao i čahura (5) izrađenih od materijala koji se toplinske ne obrađuje, b) Tvornička izrada savijenih elemenata cijevi (3) i spojnih cijevi (4) pomoću alata za savijanje, c) Tvorničko disperzijsko kaljenje ravnih elemenata cijevi (2), savijenih elemenata cijevi (3) i spojnih cijevi (4), u prvom grijaču, d) Tvornička izrada poječnih spiralnih cijevi (1), spajanjem ravnih elemenata cijevi (2) i savijenih elemenata cijevi (3) pomoću zavarenih šavova (9), kao i spajanje čahura (5) sa spojnim cijevima (4) u području prolaza (8) spojnih cijevi (4) kroz cijevnu stijenu parogeneratora (6), pomoću zavarenih šavova (10), e) Tvorničko disperzijsko kaljenje zavarenih šavova (9, 10) između ravnih elemenata cijevi (2) i savijenih elemenata cijevi (3), kao i između čahura (5) i spojnih cijevi (4), pomoću lokalno na zavarenim šavovima (9, 10) postavljenog drugog grijača (14), f) Montažno spajanje spiralnih cijevi (1) sa spojnim cijevima (4) pomoću zavarenog šava (11), unutar cijevne stijene parogeneratora (6), kao i spajanje čahura (5) s prihvatnim elementima (7, 15) od materijala koji se toplinski ne obrađuju, pomoću zavarenog šava (12), izvedenim u cijevnim stijenama (6) parogeneratora, i g) Montažno disperzijsko kaljenje zavarenih šavova (11), pomoću drugog grijača lokalno postavljenog na zavarene šavove (11).
2. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, karakteriziran time da su savijeni elementi cijevi (3) i savijene spojne cijevi (4), nakon njihove izrade, a prije izrade poječnih spiralnih cijevi (1), tvornički difuzijski odžareni u trećem grijaču.
3. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1 ili 2, karakteriziran time da je dodatno uz izradu poječnih spiralnih cijevi (1) prema tehnološkoj operaciji c), krajnja gornja i krajnja donja ravna cijev (2) spiralne cijevi (1) izvedene s oblogom (13).
4. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, karakteriziran time da se disperzijsko kaljenje izvodi pri temperaturi od 785 do 815°C i da traje dulje od 4 sata.
5. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 2, karakteriziran time da se difuzijsko žarenje izvodi pri temperaturi od 1105 do 1135°C i da traje nekoliko minuta.
6. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, karakteriziran time da se kao prihvatni element priprema čahura (7) ili lim za ispunu (15).
7. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, karakteriziran time da se za zavarivanje predviđenih ravnih elemenata cijevi (2), savijenih elemenata cijevi (3) i spojnih cijevi, izrađenih od disperzijski zakaljenih legura nikla, koristi istorodni dodatni materijal za zavarivanje.
8. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, karakteriziran time da se za zavarivanje predviđenih čahura (2) i prihvatnih elemenata (7, 15), izrađenih od materijala koji se toplinski ne obrađuju, koristi istorodni dodatni materijal za zavarivanje.
9. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, karakteriziran time da se za zavarivanje predviđenih spojnih cijevi (4) izrađenih od disperzijski zakaljenih legura nikla, sa čahurama izrađenim od materijala koji se toplinski ne obrađuje, koristi dodatni materijal za zavarivanje koji se toplinski ne obrađuje.
10. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, karakteriziran time da se ravni elementi cijevi (2), savijeni elementi cijevi (3) i spojne cijevi (4) koje se pomoću sučeono zavarenih šavova (9, 11) spajaju po obodu sučeono zavarenih šavova (9, 11), tijekom zavarivanja ohlađuju pomoću rashladnih elemenata.
