Abstract

Porozni kompozitni materijal, naznačen time što sadržava barem jedan interdispergirani biopolimer s mineralnom komponentom koja sadržava od 50 w/% do 95 w/% α-trikalcij fosfata (α-TCP) i od 5 w/% do 50 w/% oktakalcij fosfata (OCP), u odnosu na ukupnu težinu mineralne komponente. Patent sadrži još 16 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (17)

1. Porozni kompozitni materijal, naznačen time što sadržava barem jedan interdispergirani biopolimer s mineralnom komponentom koja sadržava od 50 w/% do 95 w/% α-trikalcij fosfata (α-TCP) i od 5 w/% do 50 w/% oktakalcij fosfata (OCP), u odnosu na ukupnu težinu mineralne komponente.
2. Porozni kompozitni materijal prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što mineralna komponenta sadržava od 60 w/% do 85 w/% α-TCP i od 15 w/% do 40 w/% OCP.
3. Porozni kompozitni materijal prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što mineralna komponenta sadržava od 70w/% do 80 w/% α-TCP i od 20 w/% do 30 w/% OCP.
4. Porozni kompozitni materijal prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se mineralna komponenta dobiva in situ parcijalnom hidrolizom α-TCP.
5. Porozni kompozitni materijal prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je barem jedan biopolimer protein ili polisaharid.
6. Porozni kompozitni materijal prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sadržava od 30 w/% do 99 w/%, poželjnije od 55 w/% do 95 w/% barem jednog biopolimera, i od 1 w/% do 70 w/%, poželjnije od 5 w/% do 45 w/% mineralne komponente.
7. Porozni kompozitni materijal prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je barem jedan biopolimer umrežen.
8. Porozni kompozitni materijal prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što je barem jedan biopolimer umrežen genipinom.
9. Porozni kompozitni materijal prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što ima poroznu strukturu sa srednjom veličinom čestica od 1 do 500 Pm.
10. Porozni kompozitni materijal prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što dalje sadržava diferencirane i/ili nediferencirane stanice, autologne ili homologne, fakotre rasta i druge proteine i/ili biološke stimulatore.
11. Postupak pripreme poroznog kompozitnog materijala prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što obuhvaća: miješanje barem jednog biopolimera s mineralnom komponentom koja je u biti sastavljena od α-trikalcij fosfata (α-TCP), u vodenom mediju tako da se dobije pjena; ostavljanje dobivene pjene kroz vrijeme dovoljno da se dobije gelirani biopolimer; hlađenje pjene pri temperaturi nižoj od -20°C, poželjno nižoj od -90°C; sušenje zamrzavanjem ohlađene pjene.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što se dalje u vodeni medij dodaje barem jedno sredstvo za umrežavanje.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time što je to sredstvo za umrežavanje genipin.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 11 do 13, naznačen time što se faza sušenja zamrzavanjem provodi pri temperaturi koja ne prelazi -20°C, poželjno od -40 i -60°C, kroz vrijeme koje nije kraće od 18 sati, poželjno između 24 sata i 3 dana, pod sniženim tlakom, manjim od 10 milibara, poželjno od 0.1 i 1.0 milibar.
15. Uporaba poroznog kompozitnog materijala prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time što je za proizvodnju materijala za regeneraciju kosti i/ili koštane hrskavice.
16. Uporaba poroznog kompozitnog materijala prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time što je za proizvodnju uređaja za tkivni inženjering.
17. Uporaba poroznog kompozitnog materijala prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time što je za proizvodnju zamjene za kost i/ili koštanu hrskavicu.
