Abstract

Postupak za određivanje da li će izolirani pankreas biti izvor terapeutski korisnih otočića, naznačen time što sadrži: (i) određivanje vremena tople iskemije navedenog izoliranog pankreasa, i najmanje dva od slijedećih: (ii) određivanje boje navedenog izoliranog pankreasa, (iii) određivanje sadržaja masti navedenog izoliranog pankreasa, (iv) određivanje demarkacije otočića u navedenom pankreasu, i (v) određivanje prosječne veličine otočića u navedenom pankreasu prije njihove izolacije: (a) u (i) za vrijeme tople iskemije manje od oko 15 minuta dodijeljena je ocjena +1, i za jedan duže od oko petnaest minuta dodijeljena je ocjena -1; (b) za odnos refleksije za navedenu boju iznad oko 60 dodijeljena je ocjena +1, i za jedan ispod oko 60 dodijeljena je ocjena -1; (c) za sadržaj masti ispod oko 25% dodijeljena je ocjena +1, i za iznad oko 25% dodijeljena je ocjena -1; (d) za demarkaciju iznad oko 50% dodijeljena je ocjena +1, i za ispod oko 50% dodijeljena je ocjena -1, i (e) za prosječan dijametar otočića koji je jednak ili veći od srednje vrijednosti za navedenu biološku vrstu dodijeljena je ocjena +1, i za jedan ispod prosječne vrijednosti za navedenu biološku vrstu dodijeljena je ocjena -1, pri čemu ako se, poslije izvođenja tri od (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) i (v), dobije ocjena +1 ili -1, izvodi se i četvrti član (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) i (v), i ako se, poslije izvođenja četiri od (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) i (v) dobija ocjena 0, izvodi se i peti član. Patent sadrži još 12 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (13)

1. Postupak za određivanje da li će izolirani pankreas biti izvor terapeutski korisnih otočića, naznačen time što sadrži: (i) određivanje vremena tople iskemije navedenog izoliranog pankreasa, i najmanje dva od slijedećih: (ii) određivanje boje navedenog izoliranog pankreasa, (iii) određivanje sadržaja masti navedenog izoliranog pankreasa, (iv) određivanje demarkacije otočića u navedenom pankreasu, i (v) određivanje prosječne veličine otočića u navedenom pankreasu prije njihove izolacije: (a) u (i) za vrijeme tople iskemije manje od oko 15 minuta dodijeljena je ocjena +1, i za jedan duže od oko petnaest minuta dodijeljena je ocjena -1; (b) za odnos refleksije za navedenu boju iznad oko 60 dodijeljena je ocjena +1, i za jedan ispod oko 60 dodijeljena je ocjena -1; (c) za sadržaj masti ispod oko 25% dodijeljena je ocjena +1, i za iznad oko 25% dodijeljena je ocjena -1; (d) za demarkaciju iznad oko 50% dodijeljena je ocjena +1, i za ispod oko 50% dodijeljena je ocjena -1, i (e) za prosječan dijametar otočića koji je jednak ili veći od srednje vrijednosti za navedenu biološku vrstu dodijeljena je ocjena +1, i za jedan ispod prosječne vrijednosti za navedenu biološku vrstu dodijeljena je ocjena -1, pri čemu ako se, poslije izvođenja tri od (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) i (v), dobije ocjena +1 ili -1, izvodi se i četvrti član (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) i (v), i ako se, poslije izvođenja četiri od (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) i (v) dobija ocjena 0, izvodi se i peti član.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što sadrži (i) i najmanje tri od (ii) - (v).
