Abstract
Otkrivena je kompozitna traka (10) koja se može namotavati da formira spiralnu cijev za transportiranje fluida. Kompozitna traka sadrži: izduljenu plastičnu traku (11) koja ima bazni dio (12), a bazni dio (12) ima gornju stranu koja definira vanjsko lice (15); i barem jedan kompozitni rebreni dio (20) koji se proteže po duljini i uzdiže iz vanjskog lica (15) baznog dijela (12). Rebreni dio (20) ima vanjski kraj (26) udaljen od baznog dijela. Kompozitni rebreni dio sadrži: izduljeni unutarnji armaturni element (30) smješten unutar baznog dijela (12) ili uz njega; izduljeni izvanjski armaturni element (40) smješten unutar vanjskog kraja (26) rebrenog dijela (20) paralelno unutarnjem armaturnom elementu (30); i izduljeni međudio plastične ispune (23) koji se proteže između unutarnjeg i izvanjskog armaturnog elementa (30, 40). Kada se namota u spiralnu cijev, kompozitni rebreni dio (20) ojačava cijev protiv radijalnih opterećenja na lom.
