Abstract
Postupak upravljanja toplinskom energijom u nekojzgradi (10) obuhvaća uređaj za dizanje (13) s kabinom (16) koja se kreće u kanalu (14) i prolaz za ventilaciju (22) između navedenog kanala (14) i okolnog prostora, pri čemu navedeni postupak sadržava sljedeće etape: - nadziranje najmanje jednog parametra stanja uređaja za dizanje (13), nadziranje najmanje jednog parametra stanja koje obuhvaća nadziranje prisutnosti neke osobe u navedenom uređajuza dizanje (13) i/ili nadziranje kretanja navedene kabine (16) u navedenom kanalu (14); - procjenjivanje, u jedinici za upravljanje (32), potrebe ventiliranja navedenog kanala (14) na temelju ovih parametara, pri čemu jedinica za upravljanje (32) odlučuje da li je potrebna ventilacija kanala (14) kada je detektirana prisutnost jedne osobe i/ili kada je detektirano kretanje kabine (16); i- preklapanje elementa za zatvaranje (30) koji je pridružennavedenom prolazu za ventilaciju (22) iz otvorenog položaja, u kojemu je prolaz za ventilaciju (22)uglavnom otvoren, u zatvoreni položaj, u kojemu je prolaz za ventilaciju (22) barem djelomično zatvoren, samo onda kada navedena procjena pokazuje daventilacija navedenog kanala (14) nije potrebna, pri čemu je element za zatvaranje (30) postavljen u svoj otvoreni položaj korištenjem prethodno uspostavljene sile. Patent sadrži još 14 patentnih zahtjeva.
