Abstract
EL INVENTO SE REFIERE A UN MÓDULO (I) PARA LA PRODUCCIÓN DE PIEZAS DE HORMIGÓN, PRODUCIDO EN EL MÉTODO DE HORMIGÓN IN SITU O EN LA PLANTA DE PREFABRICACIÓN, QUE COMPRENDE UNA FILA (2) FORMADA POR UN NÚMERO DE ELEMENTOS DE DESPLAZAMIENTO (100) DISPUESTOS UNO JUNTO AL OTRO EN UNA DIRECCIÓN LONGITUDINAL HORIZONTAL (L), ESTANDO RETENIDOS DICHOS ELEMENTOS DE DESPLAZAMIENTO EN UNA ESTRUCTURA DE REJILLA FORMADA POR AL MENOS DOS REJILLAS INDIVIDUALES (10, 20) QUE DISCURREN EN LA DIRECCIÓN LONGITUDINAL (L), CUYAS SUPERFICIES DE REJILLA ESTÁN ORIENTADAS EN UNA DIRECCIÓN LONGITUDINAL TRANSVERSAL O INCLINADAS CON RESPECTO A LA HORIZONTAL, EN EL QUE CADA UNA DE LAS REJILLAS (10, 20) TIENE AL MENOS UNA PRIMERA Y UNA SEGUNDA BARRA LONGITUDINAL (11, 12, 21, 22) QUE DISCURRE EN LA DIRECCIÓN LONGITUDINAL (L) Y ESTÁ DISPUESTA EN UNA DISTANCIA EN PARALELO ENTRE SÍ, ASÍ COMO VARIAS BARRAS TRANSVERSALES (13, 23) DISPUESTAS A UNA DISTANCIA ENTRE SÍ Y ORIENTADAS DE FORMA TRANSVERSAL O INCLINADA CON RESPECTO A LA HORIZONTAL, CONECTADAS CADA UNA A LAS BARRAS LONGITUDINALES (11 , 12, 21, 22), EN LA QUE AL MENOS UNO DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE DESPLAZAMIENTO (100) PRESENTA RESPECTIVAMENTE AL MENOS UN PRIMER Y AL MENOS UN SEGUNDO DISPOSITIVO DE RETENCIÓN (311, 321, 412, 422) EN SU LADO EXTERIOR PARA CADA REJILLA (10, 20), ESTANDO DICHOS DISPOSITIVOS DE RETENCIÓN FORMADOS Y DISPUESTOS EN RELACIÓN ENTRE SÍ DE TAL MANERA QUE AMBAS RESPECTIVAS REJILLAS (10, 20) ESTÁN AL MENOS FIJADAS DE FORMA ENTRELAZADA Y CAUTIVA ENTRE EL PRIMER Y SEGUNDO DISPOSITIVO DE RETENCIÓN, ALOJANDO LA PRIMERA BARRA LONGITUDINAL (11, 21) EN EL PRIMER DISPOSITIVO DE RETENCIÓN (311, 321) Y QUE ALOJA LA SEGUNDA BARRA LONGITUDINAL (12, 22) EN EL SEGUNDO DISPOSITIVO DE RETENCIÓN (412, 422) Y, DE ESTE MODO, MANTIENE UNIDOS TODOS LOS ELEMENTOS DE DESPLAZAMIENTO (100).
