LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN DIVULGA UNA MÁQUINA PARA EL LAVADO DEL CAFÉ AL QUE SE LE HA DEGRADADO PREVIAMENTE EL MUCÍLAGO POR FERMENTACIÓN. LA MÁQUINA DE LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN CONSTA DE: I) UN SISTEMA DE DESPULPADO (11);II) UN SISTEMA CONTINUO DE TRANSPORTE (18) PARA LLEVAR EL CAFÉ DESPULPADO HASTA UN DISPOSITIVO PARA CLASIFICACIÓN POR TAMAÑO (13), EN LA CUAL SE RETIRA GRAN PARTE DE LA PULPA Y LOS FRUTOS SIN DESPULPAR; III) UN SISTEMA CONTINUO DE TRANSPORTE (14) PARA LLEVAR CAFÉ DESPULPADO A LOS TANQUES CILÍNDRICOS DE FERMENTACIÓN; IV) UNO O MÁS TANQUES CILÍNDRICOS (15) PARA PERMITIR SU DESCARGA POR GRAVEDAD Y FACILITAR EL LAVADO POSTERIOR PARA DEPOSITAR EL CAFÉ DESPULPADO Y PERMITIR LA DEGRADACIÓN DEL MUCÍLAGO; V) UN TORNILLO SINFÍN (9) PARA ALIMENTAR DOSIFICADAMENTE EL CAFÉ CON MUCÍLAGO DEGRADADO DESDE LOS TANQUES (15) HASTA EL LAVADOR MECÁNICO (17); VI) UN LAVADOR MECÁNICO (17) CON FLUJO VERTICAL ASCENDENTE DE GRANOS, CONFORMADO POR UN ROTOR QUE TIENE UNA SERIE DE AGITADORES EN CONJUNTO CON UNOS TORNILLOS SIN FIN (UNO UBICADO EN LA BASE INFERIOR DEL ROTOR Y OTRO UBICADO EN EL TERCIO SUPERIOR. LAS MIELES PRODUCIDAS DEL LAVADO EN LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN NO SE MEZCLAN CON LA PULPA, PUEDEN SER DESHIDRATADAS Y POSTERIORMENTE ADICIONADAS A LA PULPA DESCOMPUESTA, UTILIZANDO ENERGÍA SOLAR O CUALQUIER TIPO DE SECADOR, CON EL FIN DE LOGRAR EVITAR LA GENERACIÓN DE LIXIVIADOS Y LOGRAR EL CONTROL DEL 100% DE LA CONTAMINACIÓN DE LAS AGUAS GENERADA EN EL PROCESO. EL MÉTODO DIVULGADO EN LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN CONSISTE EN: I) DESPULPAR LOS FRUTOS DE CAFÉ; II) TRANSPORTAR EL CAFÉ HASTA UN SISTEMA DE SEPARACIÓN PARA RETIRAR LOS FRUTOS QUE NO SE DESPULPAN Y GRAN PARTE DE LA PULPA; III) TRANSPORTAR LOS FRUTOS DESPULPADOS HASTA UN TANQUE IV) ALMACENAR EN LOS TANQUES LOS FRUTOS DESPULPADOS PERMITIENDO LA DEGRADACIÓN DEL MUCÍLAGO BIEN SEA CON FERMENTACIÓN NATURAL O UTILIZANDO ENZIMAS PECTINOLÍTICAS; V) TRANSPORTAR EL CAFÉ DESDE EL TANQUE DE FERMENTACIÓN HASTA EL LAVADOR MECÁNICO; VI) RETIRAR EL MUCÍLAGO DEGRADADO, PERMITIENDO OBTENER CAFÉ LAVADO LISTO PARA INICIAR LA ETAPA DE SECADO.THE PRESENT INVENTION DISCLOSES A MACHINE FOR THE WASHING OF THE COFFEE TO WHICH THE MUCYLAGUS WAS DEGRADED PREVIOUSLY. THE MACHINE OF THE PRESENT INVENTION CONSISTS OF: I) AN EXPULPED SYSTEM (11); II) A CONTINUOUS TRANSPORT SYSTEM (18) TO CARRY THE UNPULPED COFFEE UNTIL A DEVICE FOR SIZE CLASSIFICATION (13), IN WHICH IT IS REMOVED GREAT PART OF THE PULP AND FRUITS WITHOUT UNPULPTION; III) A CONTINUOUS TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM (14) FOR CARRYING SPRAYED COFFEE TO FERMENTATION CYLINDER TANKS; IV) ONE OR MORE CYLINDRICAL TANKS (15) TO ALLOW THEIR DISCHARGE BY GRAVITY AND TO FACILITATE THE BACK WASHING TO DEPOSIT THE DRESSED COFFEE AND ALLOW THE DEGRADATION OF THE MUCLAGO; V) AN ENDLESS SCREW (9) TO DOSAGE THE COFFEE WITH DEGRADED MUCILAGE FROM THE TANKS (15) TO THE MECHANICAL WASHER (17); VI) A MECHANICAL WASHER (17) WITH VERTICAL ROSE UP OF GRAINS, CONFORMED BY A ROTOR THAT HAS A SERIES OF AGITATORS IN JOINT WITH AN ENDLESS SCREWS (ONE LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM BASE OF THE ROTOR AND ANOTHER LOCATED IN THE TOP TERTIUM. HONEYS PRODUCED FROM WASHING IN THE PRESENT INVENTION DOES NOT MIX WITH THE PULP, MAY BE DEHYDATED AND POST-ADDITIONAL ADDITIONED TO THE DEPOSED PULP, USING SOLAR ENERGY OR ANY TYPE OF DRYER, IN ORDER TO AVOID THE GENERATION OF THE GENERATION 100% OF THE WATER POLLUTION GENERATED IN THE PROCESS THE METHOD DISCLOSED IN THE PRESENT INVENTION CONSISTS OF: I) DISPULING COFFEE FRUITS; II) TRANSPORT THE COFFEE UP TO A SEPARATION SYSTEM TO REMOVE FRUITS THAT DO NOT SPLASH AND BIG PART OF THE PULP; III) TRANSPORT THE FRUIT FRUIT UP TO A TANK IV) STORE IN THE TANKS THE FRUIT FRUITS ALLOWING THE DEGRADATION OF THE MUCÍLAGO WELL WITH NATURAL FERMENTATION OR USING PECTINOLYTIC ENZYMES; V) TRANSPORT THE COFFEE FROM THE FERMENTATION TANK TO THE MECHANICAL WASHER; VI) REMOVE THE DEGRADED MUCLAGO, ALLOWING TO GET WASHED COFFEE READY TO START THE DRYING STAGE.
