Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε συσκευή για την ένδειξη των ορίων ασφάλειας πίεσης αέρα σε κάθε ένα από τους ελαστικούς τροχούς ενός οχήματος που μεταφέρει πληροφορίες από περιστρεφόμενους τροχούς ενός οχήματος στον πίνακα ελέγχου οδήγησης. Η μεταφορά της πληροφορίας αυτής στηρίζεται σε χωρητική σύζευξη μεταξύ περιστρεφόμενων και μη περιστρεφόμενων μεταλλικών ομοαξονικών κυλινδρικών και δακτυλιοειδών επιφανειών που τοποθετούνται μέσα σε αύλακες βάσεων ειδικού σχήματος από μονωτικά υλικά στο διαθέσιμο χώρο μεταξύ παρέμβασμα, συστήματος πέδησης και τριβέων και αυτές οι επιφάνειες σχηματίζουν κυλινδρικούς και επίπεδους πυκνωτές. Οι εν λόγω πυκνωτές αποτελούν βασικό στοιχείο για την λειτουργία ενός ηλεκτρονικού κυκλώματος που κάνει χρήση της μεθόδου μιας γέφυρας AC για την αυτόματη αντιστάθμιση μέτρησης διαφορικής χωρητικότητας κάθε ζεύγους τροχών και για την αποφυγή λανθασμένων ενδείξεων από άλλους εξωγενείς παράγοντες όπως υγρασία, θερμοκρασία κλπ. Επίσης για κάθε τροχό ξεχωριστά μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί και απλό κύκλωμα συντονισμού. Ο αισθητήρας πίεσης περιλαμβάνει μια μεμβράνη πυριτίου με ένα ηλεκτρόδιο το οποίο βραχυκυκλώνει τις περιστρεφόμενες μεταλλικές επιφάνειες όταν η πίεση αέρα στον ελαστικό τροχό αποκλίνει από τα ασφαλή όρια με αποτέλεσμα την ενεργοποίηση φωτεινής και ακουστικής ένδειξης.Η μέθοδος της γέφυρας, το ειδικό σχήμα των μονωτικών βάσεων με τους αύλακες που τοποθετούνται οι μεταλλικές επιφάνειες και η στερέωση των μονωτικών βάσεων μέσα σε κατάλληλα επιλεγμένο χώρο του τροχού αποτελούν τα μεγαλύτερα πλεονεκτήματα της παρούσας εφεύρεσης.ΰ
