Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε διαδικασία για την επεξεργασία των αποβλήτων βιομηχανίας ελαιοτριβείων, όπως παράγονται από τη διαδικασία πρώτου μετασχηματισμού κατά την παραγωγή ελαιολάδου ιδιαίτερα στη διαδικασία η οποία περιλαμβάνει τα παρακάτω βήματα:1) προεπεξεργασία για την αφαίρεση αιωρούμενων στερεών με κόκκο πάνω από 5 χιλιοστά2) το βήμα μικροφιλτραρίσματος ή υπερφιλτραρίσματος σε μεμβράνη με ελάχιστο πορώδες αποκλεισμού 2000 και μέγιστα πορώδες 0,8 μικρόνς3) το βήμα διέλευσης σε ρητίνες ανταλλαγής ιόντων και4) το βήμα καθαρισμού σε μεβράνη όσμωσης.Η εφεύρεση επιτρέπει τη λήψη καθαρισμένου εκρέοντος αποβλήτου και την ανάκτηση χρήσιμων προϊόντων.ω
