Abstract

Νέα μέθοδος παρασκευής εναντιοειδικού (S) αιθυλαμινο-2 (τριφθοριομεθυλ-3-φαινυλ)-1 προπανίου χαρακτηριζόμενη εκ του ότι συμπυκνούμεν την βενζαλδεϋδην με (S) αλανινόλη και μετά αναγωγήν, συμπυκνούμεν το εξερχόμενον εκ της αντιδράσεως προϊόν με ακεταλδεϋδην δια να λάβωμεν την (S) Ν-βενζυλ Ν-αιθυλαλανινόλη, η οποία υποβάλλεται εις την επίδρασιν θειονυλοχλωριδίου, δια να δώση, μετά εξουδετέρωσιν, το (S)(Ν-βενζυλ Ν-αιθυλαμινο)-2-χλώριο-1 προπάνιον το οποίον συμπυκνούται με την σειρά του με βρωμιούχον τριφθοριομεθυλ-3 φαινυλομαγνήσιον δια να δώση το (S) (Ν-βενζυλ Ν-αιθυλαμινο)-2 (τριφθοριομεθυλ-3 φαινυλ)-1 προπανιον το οποίον μετά από αποβενζυλίωσιν δι' υδρογονολύσεως οδηγεί εις το (S) αιθυλαμινο-2 (τριφθοριομεθυλ-3 φαινυλ)-1 προπάνιον.ω
