Abstract
έθοδος διά την παρασκευήν νέων υποκατεστημένων φαινυλοξεικών οξέων του τύπου Ι, (ΤΥΠΟΣ Ι) εις τον οποίον τα R1 και R2, ανεξαρτήτως το εν του άλλου, σημαίνουν κατωτέρας αλκυλ- ή αλκοξυομάδας ή άτομα αλογόνου έως ατομικού αριθμού 35, το R3 υδρογόνον ή ένα υποκαταστάτην αντίστοιχον του ορισμού διά τα R1 και R2, το R4 υδρογόνον, μίαν κατωτέραν αλκυλ-, ή αλκοξυομάδα, εν άτομον αλογόνου έως ατομικού αριθμού 35 ή την τριφθοριομεθυλομάδα, και το R5 σημαίνει υδρογόνον ή μίαν κατωτέραν αλκυλομάδα, χαρακτηριζομένη εκ του ότι θερμαίνομεν μίαν ένωσιν του γενικού τύπου ΙΙ (ΤΥΠΟΣ ΙΙ) εις τον οποίον τα R1, R2, R3, R4 και R5 έχουν την εις τον τύπον Ι δοθείσαν σημασίαν, κατά την μέθοδος των WILLGERODT-KINDLER μετά θείου και μορφολίνης και υδρολύομεν το κατ' αρχάς λαμβανόμενον μορφολίδιον του γενικού τύπου ΙΙΙ (ΤΥΠΟΣ ΙΙΙΙ) εις τον οποίον τα R1, R2, R3, R4 και R5 έχουν την εις τον τύπον Ι δοθείσαν σημασίαν.process for the preparation of novel substituted phenylacetic acids of formula I, (TYPE I) in which R1 and R2, independently of one another, mean lower alkyl- or alkoxy groups or halogen to atomic numbers 35, the R3 hydrogen or a substituent corresponding to the definition for R1 and R2, the R4 hydrogen, a lower alkyl, or alkoxy group, in a halogen to atomic number 35 or trifluoromethyl group, and R5 means hydrogen or a lower alkyl group, characterized in that a compound of general formula II is heated (TYPE II) in which R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 have the significance given in formula I, by the method of WILLGERODT-KINDLER with sulfur and morpholine and hydrolyzing the morpholide initially obtained of general formula III (TYPE III) in which R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 have the meaning given in formula I.
