Abstract

ία μέθοδος υδρογονώσεως της εκ πυρολύσεως με ατμόν νάφθης χαρακτηριζόμενη από την επαφήν της εν λόγω νάφθης εντός αντιδραστήρος φέροντος καταλύτη εκ θειωμένου νικελίου -βολφραμίου φερομένου επί αδρανούς φορέως με εν αέριο περιέχον υδρογόνον υπό κρισίμους συνθήκας υδρογονώσεως, η οποία περιλαμβάνει(1) μία θερμοκρασία εισαγωγής εις τον αντιδραστήρα της περιοχής από περίπου 200 βαθμοί F,(2) μίαν ΔΤ καθ_ όλην την έκτασιν του στρώματος του καταλύτου από περίπου 50 έως περίπου 200 βαθμών F.,(3) μίαν μανομετρική πίεση 300 έως 1200 λιβρών/ τέτ. ιντσα, (4) μίαν ταχύτητα χώρου από 0,25 έως 2,0 όγκον / ώρα /όγκον, (5) μίαν σχέση υδρογόνου προς νάφθαναπό 500 έως 2500 SCF/B., και την ανάκτησιν ενός σταθερού συστατικού βενζίνης κινητήρων.
