Abstract

In the case of a method for the fabrication of structures and buildings by the modular technique and in the case of a module prefabricated dimensionally accurately for carrying out the method, it is proposed to secure the connection of the individual modules to form a static monostructure by the modules maintaining a continuous intermediate space between precast concrete ceiling (22) and precast concrete floor (19) when the said modules are placed one on top of the other by creating a spacing in each case in the corner regions, which space is filled subsequently, depending on the progress of building, by introducing casting concrete (24) while at the same time forming a casting-concrete intermediate level, the filling with the casting concrete taking place through casting and/or inspection openings (32, 33) in the respective floor slab of the corresponding fit-on module. To create the spacing, reinforcing cages (16) which are highly accurate in height and provided with additional stiffening elements (25, 26) are drawn into the corner regions of each module. <IMAGE>
