Abstract
Στην παρούσα εφεύρεση παρουσιάζεται μέθοδος βελτίωσης της ανιχνευσιμότητας των ταχυδοκιμών που πραγματοποιούνται με τη χρήση ταινιών ξηρών αντιδραστηρίων, αξιοποιώντας παράγοντες που δημιουργούν μακρομοριακό συνωστισμό, oι οποίοι κατά τη διάρκεια της ροής του διαλύματος/δείγματος μέσω των πόρων της ταινίας δημιουργούν ένα μικροπεριβάλλον που διευκολύνει τις αλληλεπιδράσεις και προάγει τις αντιδράσεις που λαμβάνουν χώρα για την αναγνώριση του αναλυτή και την παραγωγή σήματος στην ταχυδοκιμή. Η βελτίωση της ανιχνευσιμότητας επιτυγχάνεται δίχως να περιορίζονται τα ευρέως γνωστά πλεονεκτήματα των ταχυδοκιμών, δηλαδή η απλότητα και η πρακτικότητα στην εκτέλεσή τους από τον χρήστη και η καταλληλότητά τους για επιτόπιες αναλύσεις (π.χ. ταχυδοκιμές πεδίου, αναλύσεις κατ΄ οίκον, παρακλίνιεςαναλύσεις κλπ). Η προσθήκη μακρομοριακών παραγόντων συνωστισμού δεν αντικαθιστά αλλά είναι συμπληρωματική με άλλες στρατηγικές βελτίωσης της ανιχνευσιμότητας, όπως ο σχεδιασμός νέων ιχνηθετών, η εισαγωγή ενίσχυσης σήματος και η εισαγωγή νέων μεταλλακτών. Αναμένουμε ότι η προτεινόμενη διαμόρφωση θα επεκταθεί σε πολυάριθμους αναλυτές με ποικιλία ιχνηθετών και σε ποικίλες διαμορφώσεις των ταχυδοκιμών πλάγιας ροής.
