Abstract

ύμφωνα με την μέθοδο, το πρός διαμόρφωση εγκάρσιο σύρμα ή μπετόβεργα (1) και τα διαμήκη σύρματα ή μπετόβεργα ή άλλο υλικό πρισματικής διατομής (2), (3) τροφοδοτούνται κατά το κατάλληλο μήκος με μηχανισμό (22-30) πρός την κύρια διαμορφωτική και συγκολλητική μηχανή. Εκεί το εγκάρσιο σύρμα (1) τέμνεται και διαμορφώνεται με την ενέργεια μιάς πρέσσας (36). Η συγκόλληση του διαμορφωμένου εγκαρσίου με το ένα απο τα δύο διαμήκη γίνεται ενώ το διαμορφωμένο εγκάρσιο είναι εγκλωβισμένο απο τα εργαλεία της πρέσσας (38) στο σημείο διαμόρφωσης . Η συγκόλληση με το δεύτερο διάμηκες γίνεται στο επόμενο βήμα και συγκολλείται ταυτόχρονα με την συγκόλληση του επόμενου εγκαρσίου στην θέση διαμόρφωσης. Ακολούθως το εγκάρσιο απεγκλωβίζεται απο τα εργαλεία τηςπρέσσας διαμόρφωσης (37-39) και παράγεται το επόμενο βήμα του προιόντος. Το προιόν παράγεται σε συνεχή μορφή και τέμνεται σε ένα κόφτη (45) στα κατάλληλα μήκη . ΰ
