Abstract
Μία μέθοδος συγκόλλησης με κεραμικό υλικό, η οποία διευκολύνει την διαμόρφωση πυρίμαχων μαζών συγκόλλησης υψηλής ποιότητας, ανθεκτικών στη μηχανική διάβρωση και την σκωρίαση, περιλαμβάνει την εκτόξευση πάνω σε μία επιφάνεια (1) ενός οξειδωσίμου μείγματος από πυρίμαχα σωματίδια και σωματίδια ενός καυσίμου υλικού σε ένα αέριο-φορέα (7), που περιλαμβάνει τουλάχιστον αρκετό οξυγόνο για την ουσιαστικά πλήρη οξείδωση των σωματιδίων καυσίμου, δια της οποίας απελευθερώνεται αρκετή θερμότητα, για την επιφανειακή τουλάχιστον τήξη των εκτοξευομένων πυρίμαχων σωματιδίων και σχηματίζεται μία κεραμική μάζα συγκολλήσεως επάνω στην προαναφερθείσα επιφάνεια (1) υπό την επίδραση της θερμότητας της οξείδωσης των σωματιδίων καυσίμου, όπου ένα τουλάχιστον πρόσθετο ρεύμα αερίου (9) εκτοξεύεται στην προαναφερθείσα επιφάνεια (1), έτσι ώστε να σχηματισθεί ένα ουσιαστικά συνεχές παραπέτασμα αερίου, το οποίο να περιβάλλει το (ή τα ) ρεύμα (τα) αερίου. Η εφεύρεση προβλέπει επίσης μια συσκευή για την υλοποίηση της μεθόδου συγκολλήσεως με κεραμικό υλικό, που περιλαμβάνει έναν αυλό εκτοξεύσεως (5) που έχει ένα πρώτο στόμιο εξαγωγής (6) για την εκκένωση αυτής της σκόνης κεραμικής συγκολλήσεως μέσα σε αέριο-φορέα (7) κατά μήκος ενός διαδρόμου εκκένωσης προς την επιφάνεια (1) και ένα δεύτερο στόμιο εξαγωγής (8) για την εκκένωση αερίου, για το σχηματισμό ενός ουσιαστικά συνεχούς παραπετάσματος αερίου. ω
