Abstract
Συσκευή στιγμιαίου βρασμού, κατάλληλη για την επαγγελματική παρασκευή "Ελληνικού" (διεθνώς:"Τούρκικου") καφέ και άλλων ομοειδών ποτών. Το βασικό της μέρος (σχήμα 1 ή 2) αποτελείται: από έναν ελαφρώς επικλεινή μεταλλικό, λεπτό σωλήνα (α), μια εφαπτόμενη αντίσταση (β), έναν θερμοστάτη γ που ρυθμίζει την θερμοκρασία στους 150-250 βαθμούς C και το περιβάλλον μονωτικό υλικό (δ). Κατά την διέλευση θερμού νερού 70-90 βαθμών κελσίου, διαμέσω του σωλήνα (α), επιτυγχάνεται ο βρασμός (+100 βαθμοί κελσίου) του ποτού. Ο σωλήνας δυνατόν να έχει διάφορα σχήματα (σχήμα 4) και ρυθμιστική βαλβίδα στην έξοδο του (η). Εφόσον το βασικό μέρος (σχήμα 1 ή 2) κλεισθεί σε περίβλημα και υποστηριχθεί με θερμοσίφωνα, διακόπτες, δοχείο κλπ. γίνεται αυτόνομη συσκευή (σχήμα 3).
