Abstract
Παράγωγον 8-χλωροκινολόνης του χημικού τύπου (ΙΙ):εις τον οποίον το Χ παριστά αλογόνον το R1 παριστά υδρογόνον, αλκύλιον C1-6 ή ομάδα φαινυλαλκυλίου έχουσα νιτρο, χλώριον ή αλκοξυ ομάδα επί του τμήματος φαινυλίου και το R2 παριστά 4- μελή έως 8-μελή κεκορεσμένην ετεροκυκλικήν ομάδα περιέχουσα 1-2 άζωτα ως δακτυλικόν μέλος, η ρηθείσα ετεροκυκλική ομάς δύναται να περιέχη περαιτέρω Ο ή S ως δακτυλικόν μέλος και έναν ή περισσοτέρους υποκαταστάτας εκλεγομένους εξ αμινο,μονο- ή δι-αλκυλαμινο ομάδος εχούσης C1-6 εις το τμήμα αλκυλίου της αλκυλοκαρβονυλαμινο ομάδος C2-7, αλκυλοξυκαρβονυλαμινο ομάδος C2-7, ομάδας αλογονοκαρβονυλίου C2-7,αλογονοαλκυλοξυκαρβονυλαμινο ομάδος C2-7, φαινυλαλκυλοξυκαρβονυλαμινο ομάδος εχούσης νίτρο ομάδα ή άτομον χλωρίου επί του τμήματος φαινυλίου, ομάδος αλκυλίου C1-6, ομάδος αλκυλενίου C2-C6 η οποία λαμβάνεται με άτομον άνθρακος συνιστώντος την ετεροκυκλικήν ομάδα σχηματιζομένου σπιρο δακτύλιου, ατόμου αλογόνου και αλκοξυ ομάδος C1-6, παρασκευαζόμενον (το παράγωγον) δι'αντιδράσεως ενώσεως κινολόνης του χημικού τύπου (Ι) εις τον οποιον τα X,R1 και R2 είναι ως ανωτέρω, μετά παράγοντος χλωριώσεως. ωAn 8-chloroquinolone derivative of formula (II): wherein X represents halogen R1 represents hydrogen, C 1-6 alkyl or a phenylalkyl group having a nitro, chlorine or alkoxy group on the phenyl moiety and R 2 to 8 represents 4- a saturated heterocyclic group containing 1-2 nitrogen as a finger member, said heterocyclic group may further contain O or S as a finger member and one or more substituents selected from the amino, mono- or di-alkylamino group having the C1 group. alkyl moiety of alkylcarbonylamino group C2-7, alkyloxycarbonylamino group C2-7, halocarbonyl group C2-7, haloalkyloxycarbonylamino group C2-7, phenylalkyloxycarbonylamino group C6 obtained from a carbon atom constituting the heterocyclic group forming a spiro ring, a halogen atom and an alkoxy group C1-6, prepared (the derivative ) by reacting a quinolone compound of formula (I) in which X, R1 and R2 are as above, after chlorination. ω
