Abstract

Ενα φάρμακο για παροχή ιόντος φθορίου για την πρόληψη και θεραπεία ασθένειας απώλειας οστού, μαζί με μία ουσία που περιέχει οιστρογόνο όχι μόνο για θεραπεία ορμονικής ανισορροπίας αλλά και για να λαμβάνεται πιο πλεονεκτική χρήση ιόντος φθορίου στο σώμα. Η δοσολογία είναι ένας τροχίσκος, δισκίο ή κάψουλα, που περιέχει από 20 έως 100 χιλιοστογραμμάρια μονοφθοροφωσφορικού και περαιτέρω περιλαμβάνει μία ουσία που περιέχει οιστρογόνο και ένα μηχανισμό βραδείας απελευθέρωσης για ελεγχόμενη απελευθέρωση του ιόντος φθορίου και του οιστρογόνου, σε περίοδο από τέσσερις έως οκτώ ώρες μετά την κατάποση.
